Chef Simone wonderfully introduced us to the food and ingredients of Brazil. It was very entertaining and the food was super delicious. It was very personal and gave us pleasure.

Chef Simone was great! Our family’s experience with her was wonderful. Even my Brazilian daughter-in-law learned some new things. It was a really fun mix of demonstration, participation and great stories. The feijoada and sides we made were delicious! And so was the caipirinha. Yum!

everything was so well explained but still super relaxed. Chef Simone created such a cozy atmosphere. learned a lot and the moqueca we made was the best thing i ate in rio

this wasn’t just a class, it felt like hanging out with friends. we cooked from scratch, drank caipirinhas, and learned about brazilian culture. Chef Simone was amazing – warm, fun and super knowledgeable.
