We highly recommend this agency, we did three days trip and it was all perfect, the staff, the experience as a whole. Tge minibus is comfortable and air-conditioned

2 day 1 night desert tour 6-7 June 2023 A great itinerary to the desert that was ruined by beligerant guides that cut the tours short to ensure that the group would go to the shops and expensive restaurants that they obvously received commission from. The guides and driver refused to give a meeeting point and time so the group could explore and eat independently. On the first day the guide finally capitulated and gave us a time and place. When we arrived at the location nobody had even ordered their meal and we then waited for another 1.5 hours before leaving the town without seeing anything further. On the second day 11 of us refused to eat at the guides restaurant he threatened to leave us all behind and make us pay $1000 for taxis to get back to Marrakesh. We should have immediately gone to the police and reported the incident as there were young women involved. People on another tour with the same guide were actually forced back on the bus without any lunch and left. The driver constantly adjusted the airconditioning settings , occasionally even turning it off, to save on fuel costs which made it hot and very stuffy in the back of the van. We felt like we were held to ransom and extorted on this tour and wasted many hours waiting when we could have been enjoying the sights.

the sahara trip was amazing with yassine , the driver was so friendly , he always gave us the hand , trhe orgnized was following up with us during the trip , i can say that the sahara trip is recomonded i will offer this to my friends who are coming to morocco , thnk you very much again
My tour to Merzouga was great, everything was well arranged; the accomodation, the trip itself, the stops we made and the food. Also the guides were the best and I became friends with them, shout out to Yasyn! Recommended to everyone!
