A bit misleading about the dolphins part, it should be called a sunset sailing cruise, very lucky if you see any dolphins. The drinks were a nice touch tho, the box of food wasnt that good. The commentry was non existant sat with some music playing, and typical waiting for a tip at the end.

This sunset dolphin cruise was quite simply one of the most magical experiences of our lives. From the moment we stepped on board, the crew were warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout the trip. The drinks flowed freely, and watching the sun set over the water was absolutely stunning. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dolphins. We were incredibly fortunate to see three separate pods, and watching them swim alongside the boat was breathtaking. They seemed to be playing in the wake and putting on a show entirely of their own accord. Seeing these magnificent animals in their natural environment was both humbling and unforgettable. My 8-year-old daughter summed it up perfectly when she said, "This was the best night of my life." We even ventured out onto the catamaran net, where we felt completely safe while enjoying a front-row view of these beautiful creatures. Watching the dolphins so close to us was a truly magical experience that neither of us will ever forget. This was far more than just a boat trip. It was an emotional, awe-inspiring, and genuinely life-changing experience. The combination of an amazing crew, a stunning sunset, a fantastic atmosphere, and the unforgettable encounter with the dolphins made this one of the most special evenings we have ever had. I cannot recommend this cruise highly enough. If you're thinking of booking, do it. The memories you make will stay with you forever.

The aperitif was excellent, both the drinks and the appetizers. The view during the cruise was nice and the sunset was beautiful. Too bad we didn't spot any fish or dolphins.

An excellent sunset cruise and one of the highlights of our Lanzarote trip. We were fortunate enough to see dolphins during the cruise, which made the experience even more fantastic. The boat stopped for plenty of time so everyone could take photos and videos, rather than just sailing straight past them. Even without seeing dolphins, though, the sunset alone would have made the trip worthwhile. The cruise includes unlimited drinks throughout, including alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and water. There was also a really good complimentary snack box with sandwiches, pastries and fresh fruit, which was a nice addition. The staff were excellent throughout — friendly, attentive and clearly keen to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves. They also stopped at a great spot for the sunset and again allowed plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the views. There’s also free hotel transfer available to and from your hotel or the nearest available pick-up point, which makes the whole experience very easy. One thing to be aware of: it can be quite bumpy, so if you’re prone to seasickness or motion sickness, we’d definitely recommend taking travel sickness tablets beforehand. Overall, a fantastic experience with great staff, plenty of drinks and food, a beautiful sunset and, if you’re lucky, dolphins too. Definitely recommended.

A disgrace and a scam. I totally regret it, it is a disappointment.

Fine boat trip but crew is totally not into dolphin watching. Felt mostly commercial. What the guide said through speakers was completely unintelligible.

Customer service Dreadful not helpful at all I had booked two separate bookings one for me one for my partner but he couldn’t go so I cancelled his on my booking I was was being collected from hotel flamingo Playa Blanca at 5.45 but they failed to show up or own up to their error and refused point blank to put me on another evening trip so I would definitely not book anything through them again just be careful with these tour company’s as they take your money and run! It was 100% error on their belief and they won’t own it of course they won’t they had the money either way I never got the experience I paid £50 for ….

Amazing evening on the boat and we saw lots of dolphins as well which was a bonus. Welcome mojitos and an open bar was great and the food snack boxes were enjoyable. The price for the experience was great The trip lasted 2 hour which was enough to see the dolphins, have some food and drinks and enjoy the views The only down side I would say was that we didn’t get to see sunset as we went in July and the trip is 6:30-8:30pm.

On the positive side - there was plenty of room for everyone, the drinks were good and the views of Lanzarote were beautiful. However whilst I totally understand that there was no guarantee that we would see dolphins or any wildlife, we all felt disappointed with this experience. The staff/crew were functional at best , and there was no interaction other than a short talk at the beginning to explain what was happening, a few glasses being collected and then nothing. It did not feel warm and welcoming to me, A few smiles from the crew and perhaps going round to talk to people would have been appreciated. At the end there was a thank you but no acknowledgement that we didn't see dolphins or anything else (which given the title of the cruise would have felt appropriate) - just a very functional thank you and goodbye. Please note it gets cold! There were several people there with no additional layers and were suffering for it.
