Great, food is OK, the boat was perfect and new. I would like to be a longer stay and maybe go to another place in the bay. Chu was excepcionaly kind with everyone
Really good experience and service. Chu was really nice with us
Very very nice boat and service and staff were 5 star. However it was advertised as 2 days. it is more like 1 night and half a day, check out is 9.30am and you don’t arrive on the boat until 12.30pm the previous day. Food was delicious fine dining experience. Kayaking and swimming of the boat was very limited

Regarding your feedback about the itinerary, we would like to gently clarify that the 2-day, 1-night schedule follows the standard cruise industry timeline in the bay, which is detailed in our product description. Because our main cruise ship is too large to dock directly at the harbor, we must use a transfer boat (tender) to safely bring all guests back to the mainland. This requires an earlier check-out time at 9:30 AM to ensure everyone connects smoothly with their onward transfers. We also appreciate your note regarding the kayaking and swimming time. Due to local maritime regulations and weather conditions, these activities are designated to specific safe zones and time slots, though we always strive to maximize our guests' enjoyment within those limits. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continuously look for ways to improve our communication and services. Fantastic experience, great value. We had problems with the meeting point since they told us a different location but then helped us to arrive at the correct one.

We had a wonderful stay on the boat. The Staff were very helpful and attentive. Chu and Ha were very kind and assisted us when we encountered any issues (including an unrelated hotel booking issue that occurred during our stay and they contacted them for us). Would 100% recommend.

Lovely relaxing experience, was a good way to end the holiday. The only thing I would say is paying the bill at the end , we didn’t see if it said about tax being included or not and we thought coffee would of been included in the morning brunch.

Had an awesome time in the Azura 2 day 1 night cruise. Was impressed with the conditions on the boat. Our cabin was modern and the boat itself was pristine. Best part of the experience how beautiful the landscape was. I also have to say how nice all the employees were. From Lee who picked us up on the very comfortable bus from Hanoi to the boat. To William (I think that’s his name), Emily and Jessica who worked on the boat. The kayaking experience was breathe taking and waking up to the surroundings cliffs in the morning was so serene. I would definitely recommend this boat to anyone looking to do Ha Long bay.

Great value ! Friendly staff. We were a group of 27 people friends and family small kids and had super fun at the pool and kayaking. The food was excellent
