25 Shot Clay Shooting Experience

Absolutely amazing place! Went clay pigeon shooting for my birthday, it was so fun and such a rush. Huge thanks to Nathan who was a genuine joy to shoot with and a superb instructor. There's so much to do- clays, axes, bows, air rifles and MORE! Great value for money too. I'd have stayed all day and will definitely be back.

Having been here before Polowood was an easy choice when it came to organising something for my mates 30th. I booked axe throwing and the 25clay shots for the afternoon, and the whole process was incredibly easy even with 10 of us! Arriving on site greeted with teas and coffees and started the axe throwing going through the double-bit, hatchets and knifes all good fun and all got the hang of it after some instruction. Then followed 15 practice clays each on three different stands, and a competition 10 after to see who had the best eye! Fantastic instructors, who had tips for those that had shot before and got those that hadn't hitting clays easily. Will be back for sure again and recommend to anyone whose looking for a fun activity day.

Absolutely brilliant experience!!! Nathan was amazing with the group. Being beginners we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Will 100% be booking again and will be taking the family up aswel! Thanks for the great experience and will see you soon.

Great Group Experience! Such fun! We went as a group of 12 motorcyclists on a relaxed day out! Mixed sexes, ranging from 22 to 67 years old; the team of Nathan, Pete and Ollie were accommodating, patient, instructive and encouraging! I came bottom of the group but I wasn't treated as a failure .

From start to finish had a fantastic time, the whole team are really welcoming. Our instructor Nathan was brilliant, really dialling in on where we could've improved on our shots. We will be coming back

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Cannot believe I haven't been here before living in Brighton myself . Fantastic venue ,safe ,well run and friendly.Only second time shooting all safety protocols explained clearly.Easy to get used to with their help and a great experience .booking again. ,tempted to start as a hobby as much cheaper when using Polowood with own gun.

I had an experience bought for me by family members, once I had booked the communication was brilliant and to the point. On the day of the experience I found the whole set up to be brilliant with great instructors and facilities. Whilst I was there I felt safe and very welcome. I would highly recommend and would like to say a big thank you to Gary, Paula and all of the team as even though I was a solo experience I wasn't made to feel that. I apologise to any of the instructors I had forgotten but you are credit to the organisation. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for any event.

Attended Polowood for a Stag-do. We did the Archery and Clay shooting. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and informative. Was an incredible morning!

The whole experience was a very positive one. We had initially booked a couple of weeks ago but my hubby was poorly and had to go into hospital and very kindly we were allowed to re-schedule- so thanks very much for that. The instructors were all really good, I was actually quite scared but they were so calm and re-assuring. The instructions were clear and informative and because of this I was able to hit quite a few clays - I had not really anticipated hitting any at all - so that was a huge bonus. The addition of a welcome coffee/tea was lovely and set us up for our morning beautifully. We were lucky with the weather, grey but not windy or wet, and relatively mild for the time of year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this activity - give it a go - you will enjoy it!

The crew were very accommodating for our group (15) and took us through the necessary training/instructions for us to have a great time! Quite a few of us were first timers and came away thinking "we should definitely come back" and that "we'll be better next time". A great laugh and a lot of fun!
