Just make sure you reconfirm your transfer details before proceeding. The driver was very nice and helpful though but there was a mistake on the booking. Which couldn’t be corrected at the end of the day.

Ismail was great. Would highly recommend using him. My fiancé and I were picked up on time. Then he even gave me his number for future trips and picked us uo the next morning and arranged round trip pricing in advance.

Ismail was the best! We were in regular communication for him to pick us up from the airport, and we saw his sign right away. He knew where our AirBNB was even when the directions weren't clear to us. We used him again for multiple airport transfers during our trip, and both he and his driver were friendly, helpful, and punctual. Highly recommend him for any of your driving needs!
We have been to Zanzibar twice, both times Ismail organised all our trips on the island. Everything was perfect, he was always punctual, kind, fulfilled our special requests and we never had any problems during any of the trips. We were in Zanzibar for 11 days with 3 teenagers. Ismail was our tour guide and taxi provider. Before arrival everything was chatted and Ismail set us a trip itinary in advance. All happened as he promised. He was punctual, and very flexible, he heard our wishes anytime even at night time and he was ready to change according to our wishes. It seemed to us the prices were fair maybe below the fares of the big tour operators. No hidden costs. The service was totally private, own bus, own guide, no limits to change. He speaks good English so the communication was smooth. His service is highly reccomended.
The price-performance ratio is very high, the staff is very professional and reliable, and you can ask them to customize the plan according to your own itinerary. It is highly recommended. The driver is enthusiastic and patient. The flight was delayed and we waited until nearly midnight. It is extremely reliable for out-of-town trips. Generally, we will arrive half an hour to an hour in advance to wait. It is safe, reliable and the service is thoughtful.
