Excellent service the staff was wonderful
Everything was good, even an extra massage at clay extra cost was very good, just a pity we didn't get the steam room. We went from the sauna to the peel and not to the steam room to our surprise
We booked the hammam there and the facial and full body therapy on site. All treatments we liked very much and we can recommend. Overall, the premises are a bit in need of renovation, yet we felt very comfortable and got a great break. And that's what matters!

It's our first time to get Turkish bath and the staff here at Heaven Hamam made the experience a memorable one. We booked another session and it was even better. I will recommend this place.
Pick up on time and get good information in advance via WhatsApp. The hammam is very nice and clean. Staff friendly and competent. There are extra therapies offered but you don't have to make use of them, we did it and feel like we were born again. Both the Hamam and TripViz with their friendliness and competence I can gladly recommend. Thanks to all involved
We were to be picked up at 12:00 and we were waiting outside the hotel at 11:50. At 12:45 we went back to the hotel because we were never picked up. No one has tried to contact us and now it is 17:18
Easy booking and pickup. Friendly staff and a nice experience. However, the pictures do not match the real place which is quite neglected and simple. But as an experience still worth the relatively low price. A&S hamam is called the place for real, with quite different reviews.

Very good offer. German speaking chef. Nice and accommodating. Of course he tries to offer upgrades but without any pressure. The prices offered are fair. Upgrade from 20min to 60min massage incl. drink 35€. Transfer was on time in the air-conditioned van. The employees speak English and understand their craft 👍
