2-timmars hantverksworkshop "Alhambra med dina händer"

Deltagarna tillägnar sig teknikerna som används av hantverkarna på Alhambra och tar de tillverkade föremålen. En unik möjlighet att göra äkta hantverk av gammal tradition. Du får lära dig att hantera verktyg och material från olika hantverk (trä, gips och keramik) utöver de olika metoder som används inom arabisk utsmyckning; bladguld, pigmentering, montering, lim,..... I vår super centrala och mysiga konstskola kan du välja mellan ett dussintal verk: . Montera en autentisk kakelmosaikpanel, . Måla en Nasrid-bricka, . Dekorera en reproduktion av Alhambra i polykrom gips, . Skapa din egen stuckatur med den direktskärningsteknik som används i al-Andalus, . Gör ett schackbräde och lär dig grundläggande begrepp i Granada intarsia. . ... många fler Uttryck din kreativitet, ta fram hantverkaren inom dig och ta hem en speciell och unik souvenir från Granada.

A wonderful afternoon, great choice of projects to work which suited our party ( age 11 and adult). Fredrico is an excellent teacher. Highly recommended.
I am so glad we did this! It was great to take a break from the walking and looking type of activities and do something creative. The pieces we made are my favorite souvenir from the trip. Our instructor was full of knowledge and we learned a lot through conversation while working. I am so glad we did this and would definitely encourage others to do the same.
LOVED THIS ACTIVITY!!!! Our host was an amazing man. Patient and calming, making suggestions with no judgements. Freddy shared knowledge and stories that interested us. I did the painting of ceramics, learning the technique of gold leaf. My husband (who says he’s not artistic) did the marketer, with brilliant results.
The instructors were very helpful and nice, and coached each one of us with patience and great skill. The experience was one of a kind, especially as an art enthusiast.
We had an excellent time at our craftwork shop! We arrived in Granada late the night before so it was our first activity in the city and it was fantastic. The host did a wonderful job walking us through the steps while also providing a history of the craft and of the city. The workshop is located in a charming shared art space and it was cool to visit a space used by locals. Would definitely recommend to people who enjoy art and making things by hand.
My daughter (16) and I booked the creative course with Frederic and can highly recommend it. Thanks to Frederic' s very good preparation and helpful explanations, we made some beautiful souvenirs (a chess board and a tile mosaic). We had a lof of fun and humorous talks!

It was delightful to discover and learn how to make Traditional Granada/Alhambra piece of art with your hand ! The place was also great (art studio) inspiring ! Frederico is a patient and lovely mentor. He took time to explain each step to guide us through the creating process. It surely suitable for children as well.
