The tour operator was very accommodating for our group. The scooters were in good condition and they gave us ample time to practice and give us 2 hours to ride and tour. I highly recommend them.
Fab day out, the host was very informative and we had 2 full hours across the city. Over the bridge and back, little stops with info along the way
Despite knowing the city we learned a lot and discovered little hidden corners in the middle of Bx. Guide was great. I recommend +++

Our guide Margot was friendly, enthusiastic and very patient since none of our family had ever tried a Segway tour before. It was a fun and different way to see the sights of Bordeaux which we would definitely recommend!
Seeing all parts of Bordeaux over 2 hours was great and lots of information too, stops at different landmarks was good
We were a group of 5 on a hen party. Julia was our tour guide. We found her very informative and was very obliging in taking some group photos for us. Excellent value for money and a brilliant way to see such a vast city.
After the first 5 minutes of "taking charge" the Segway tour was wonderful. The only black point of this tour was: We went with 3 people... unfortunately my mother arrived there and didn't feel like trying it and refused the tour (pre-paid). We received a NO to our refund request without a valid excuse Except for this, our guide Giulia (Italian) was almost fantastic and very well prepared. Bordeaux is a beautiful city
David was amazing! Patient in getting us familiarized with the Segways, and very knowledgeable of the area. Good sense of humor, excellent English, and lots of fun facts. One of the better tours we have been on, and highly recommend. Side note: The area where the tour starts is safe, but the building is not particularly attractive. Don’t let that dissuade you, the people and equipment are great.
