Det är en turné designad för att lära sig om mexikansk konst på ett djupt sätt. Vi kommer att analysera alternativa sätt att förstå landets identitet, som ligger mellan förspansktalande, medeltida och moderna arv. Vi kommer att prata om artister som Rivera, Orozco, Siqueiros, Camarena och många andra. Det är en unik aktivitet för älskare av konst och kultur.

Ett imponerande museum med verk av Rivera, Siqueiros, Orozco, Camarena och Tamayo. Vi kommer att prata om historien om mexikansk muralism.
På denna imponerande aveny kommer vi att se barockstilen i palatsen i Mexico City, såväl som fasaderna på några kyrkor.
Central plaza av CMDX där vi kommer att besöka regeringspalatset, katedralen och arkeologiska fönster i det antika Mexiko-Tenochtitlan.
Utmärkt museum för att lära dig om Clemente Orozcos tidiga arbete och i allmänhet födelsen av muraliströrelsen på 1900-talet.
I denna inhägnad kommer vi att se några av de mest imponerande väggmålningarna av Diego Rivera (det finns 248 totalt). Lokalen har 3 våningar och flera tillfälliga rum med stafflikonst, väggmålningar, keramik och förspansktalande teckningar.

Jose Vicente has a fantastic and deep understanding of Mexican history and art. He has a first class personality and conveys history with humor, for example contrasting Rivera, Orozco and Siqueiros not just in terms of their respective perspectives and techniques but the impact of their personalities.
We met José at the Palace of Fine Arts and immediately started visiting the main murals. José was very good at introducing the theme and illustrating the social context of the time, fundamental to understanding the murals. Without its introduction most of the details of the works would be lost. After a short walk you reach two other beautiful buildings, where the visit continues. José is very knowledgeable on the subject and can convey information in a simple and direct way

Jose exceeded all of our expectations. He was bright, articulate, knowledgeable, insightful, enthusiastic and caring. He brought the artwork alive and wanted to us to feel the history, soul and message within. Our tour was held on a Tuesday and when we found that the Dept of Education was unexpectedly closed, Jose rearranged his schedule to meet us the next day and continue the tour! We were overwhelmed by his dedication and his sincere desire to share the history of his country and the richness of its art. I enthusiastically recommend this tour.
