This was a great cruise—perfect if you want to enjoy the Nile without being stuck in Aswan or Luxor at the start or end of your trip. The experience was smooth and well-organized, with comfortable accommodations and good service. Drinks aren’t included, but the prices are reasonable, not over the top. Tipping isn’t included either, but that’s just how things work in Egypt—you’ll find yourself tipping everyone involved in any activity you do. The only downside was the agency’s communication. They could definitely improve by giving you a heads-up a couple of days in advance about pickup times and cruise confirmation. It would make the whole process less stressful and ensure you’re not left wondering if everything’s set. Overall, a fantastic way to see the Nile

Everything worked out fine. The guides during the temple tours were competent. The ship's crew was friendly and accommodating.

I booked a Nile cruise through Viator/TripAdvisor and traveled to Luxor with my two children specifically for this experience. Less than 24 hours before departure, while I was already in Luxor, I was informed that the cruise might not sail due to “force majeure” and availability issues. The operator could not even confirm the name of the boat. Later, I was told that my booking had been cancelled and that a full refund had been issued, even though I had not requested a cancellation. What was even more concerning is that another member of the company later contacted me saying they had found availability for us, but that I needed to make a payment through an external link without any indication of the price. When I asked at my hotel about this process, they informed me that this is not the normal procedure for cruise bookings and warned me that it sounded suspicious. They told me that all cruises are overbook. Being asked to pay again through an external link after my original booking had been cancelled raised serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. Traveling with children, this situation caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty at the last minute. I strongly recommend future travelers to double-check payment methods, booking confirmations and price. Finally, it is clear for my this travel agency just wanted to make more money and overprice my booking. Very disappointing and worrying experience.

I had an amazing experience not only in the cruise, but in all other tours provided by Egypt Best Tours. A special "thank you" to the cruise team, who made by birthday better than ever, and to Ahmed, the best guide ever in Luxor and Aswan! I recommend it for sure!

A very good way to visit the temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo and travel from Luxor to Asuan. The cruise is luxurious, very good food and very good Service. Drinks are a bit expensive as they are not included. The guides provided by the agency are very good, highlighting Isam, a history teacher and Egyptologist who was the best guide we have ever had in Egypt, explained everything very didactically and with passion, plus helped us with other matters such as money exchange or shopping in the market. On the last day we were able to leave the luggage all day on the cruise while visiting Luxor.

Everything was wonderful. The staff made the whole experience significant and worthwhile with their kindness and service. Initially my room was too warm, and upon letting them know I had a much cooler room in 10 minutes. The guides to the temples were super fun and knowledgeable and made bearing the heat worth it. Would do again 10/10

We had a fabulous tour of nile cruise for 2 Night . We saw many amazing places . Our tour guides and tour managers were all wonderful informative and attentive . We spent 2 Nightw on our nile cruise which was unforgettable experience and our tour operator was really above and beyond to make sure we had memories of lifetime ! Can't say enough good things about our experience .

Exceptional staff and environment on the cruise. The hospitality was very cared for and Chef Mustafa made sure that the food allergens were aware of. Amazing top deck with swimming pool and shaded bar. A unforgettable experience. Wifi connection is a bit slow but does the job!

The operator is the only one that has replied to me after I requested to see the details of the cruise ( room, name, pictures&videos). After seeing different options we upgrade to Renaissance which is a fabulous deluxe cruise. Ahmed (operator officer) is very flexible and highly responsive in helping us to find our ideal cruise. Impressed with the consideration in details and great hospitality! Definitely should consider this one when do Nile cruise planning.

The tour company is excellent. After booking in Viator, I contacted the company for the information of the cruise ship. I got the response quickly with the name of the ship. And he also went to the ship to record some videos on the ship showing the cabins and decks etc. This is reassuring to us. The information provided were all correct and honest. The cruise ship is really good.  Bed is comfortable. Food is good and change variety each day. The temple tours included were provided by the tour company, and tour guides were polite and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.
