Dear Mr. KYUSUN CHOI I hope that YOU ARE A REAL MAN and we do not deserve one star review i have sent many times , many messages from Sept 22 via VIATOR/TRIPADVISOR platform (I just screenshotted all my messages and sent you via your WhatsApp) but never got your answer for hotel pick up/drop off, And finally we got you at last min, our tour guide tried to call u in morning of Sept 25 and found you and you enjoy the trip. Ha Long Bay cruise hunters was fantastic, we had great service in every stage. Booking through Whatsapp felt a bit sketchy but trust the process, they are amazing! We had the Alisa 5 star boat and everything was brand new. Cannot recommend more!

The cruise was absolutely perfect ! Great food, great service and the cabins were cozy and clean. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Vietnam !
