An outstanding trip, from collection at our hotel in Hanoi to arrival at Halong Bay. Long and the bus driver were very friendly enabling our journey to be comfortable and pleasant. We were warmly welcomed by Dan and the crew on board the Hera Classic Boutique Cruise. Dan was the perfect host, very humerous and professional, taking care of everyone during the 2 days on board. Although the sites were busy, the trips were well organised and informative. The Food quality and presentation was exceptional allowing us to discover new tastes and flavours. We felt taken care of and would highly recommend this trip, as it certainly exceeded our expectations.
The views of Ha Long Bay are amazing. It’s a great experience to see it in this cruise. Sleeping with a big window facing the marvelous limestone islands is truly breathtaking. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Generally we are happy with the tour & especially with the good hospitality by one of the manager name Miss Hao, the food is nice. I recommend to try the activity of the company

The cruise was amazing. The nature was sll over the boat and it was liike be alone in a island. The crew was very polite. We enjoy the food.

It was an great gateway for us both. We had a blast going thru caves and traveling on the boat. The guide was very caring and explained a lot of stuff we had no idea existed in Vietnam. Thank you miss Hao for a great experience! Will come back with my parents next time.

Watching the Sun set in Halong bay was just amazing The scenery is just beautiful and the walk through the cave is very spectacular
Perfect organization, magnificent views. Always at your disposal. Without asking, they saw that it was my daughter-in-law's birthday and in the evening they prepared a fruit cake! Very nice experience I recommend
