Had an amazing experience with China xian tour company. The trip across Beijing, Xi’an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, and Shanghai was very well organized and smooth from start to finish. The guides were friendly, helpful, and made sure we covered all the major attractions while also learning about the local culture and history. A memorable journey and highly recommended for anyone planning to explore China!

The trip was from August 30th to September 3rd. 2025, which includes visits to Zhangjiajie and Chongqing. The level of detail, thoughtful planning, and cultural insights reflected in the schedule are truly impressive. Lenna (ChinaXi’an Tour)promptly addressed my requests, ensuring a smooth planning process. From logistics to local experiences, she struck the perfect balance between efficiency and enrichment. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making the itinerary both engaging and seamless for our tour. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in China. I also appreciate the two local guides, Doris DingJie and Yaeger, for their dedication in sharing local cultures with us. They did an excellent job explaining the history and culture, which greatly inspired us to learn more about China. They also extended their service in recommending the different type of local dishes and food. I get to try many and they are all very delicious. Both tour guides are more like friends and i believe that’s what tourist would have wanted. I wanna thank them for their professionalism and dedication towards the job. Daniel was a fantastic guide. He showed us all the "hidden gem" in Zhangjiajie! He is very passionate, professional, available and very very kind!!

Bruce was the best tour guide anyone could ask for. We contacted other agencies and all of them told us it was not possible to do ZhangJiaJie in two days and tried to upsell us on every little item and activity. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and shared all the perfect photo spots that had minimal tourists groups around for perfect photos! He even helped us make reservations for dinner and book transportation to the train station the day of our departure. If every vacation had a tour guide like Bruce it would be very efficient!

This was an incredible, amazing experience from the very beginning. Kelly was our agent and she worked diligently to create an itinerary that met our needs, despite the complications of 12hr time zone difference and holidays. Everything she set up worked perfectly. Michael, our your guide, was perfect! Great knowledge, excellent pace, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Loved that he always provided us options to reduce wait times, whenever there was an available alternate. I highly recommend this service.

Zhangjiajie was AMAZING!!!! Landscapes from another world. And our tour guide Lily was super knowledgeable but also very kind and funny. We had an amazing time. Also I really recommend Joy Travel & China Xian Tour as they were really helpful to tailor the the trip to our wants and need and organize it from abroad! I recommend 100%

Ashley was super accommodatng, funny, adventurous, and engaging. She helped us find many great activities beyond the basic package to meet our thrill seeking and entertainment needs. She has a delightful personality and made our experience really memorable. Be sure to ask about evening shows, and the bungee jumping and cliff climbing. She faced her fears and took photos of us on the side of the cliff. She's a brave superstar!

It was one of my most memorable trip. ZhangJiaJie is the fairy land! Our guide, 卢震, has been most attentive and explained thoroughly to us. Our tour is 5 days and includes visit to "Sky Kingdom", 天門山 and 2 other ancient cities. I particularly like FengHuangGuCheng, 鳳凰古城.
