2-dagars "Best Of Zhangjiajie"-Avatar World & Tianmen Mountain Tour

Zhangjiajie is otherworldly beautiful, and our guide Jenny made the trip unforgettable. Over two days she led us through the misty peaks of the National Forest Park, the dizzying heights of Tianmen Mountain, and the Glass Bridge — where she talked us into the zip line, which was amazing. Jenny’s foresight stood out most. She checked the weather all day and packed ponchos for us just in case — and sure enough, we needed them at the top of Tianmen Mountain. She also planned our transportation and restaurants, even ordering ahead so we could keep our packed itinerary moving without a hitch. She explained everything clearly, knew the best photo spots, and made sure we were comfortable the whole way. Thanks to Jenny, we have memories that’ll last a lifetime. Our tour guide Jenny was absolutely wonderful. She communicated with us thoroughly and customized our travel schedule flexibly to fit all our personal plans. She provided thoughtful safety reminders every day, reminded us to take good care of our passports, and helped our group take lovely photos. Jenny was highly flexible adjusting our itinerary to suit our uncertain plans. Her service was professional and sincere. We highly recommend Jenny as your tour guide!

Guide was not knowledgeable, almost all the info given was inaccurate. What made things worse was that the driver STOLE from me, and the guide (Eric) covered up for him! It was only when i challenged the driver and asked him to show me the CCTV, was my item only then returned. Terrible experience.

It was amazing experience! beautiful scenery, nature, exciting activities in National park. Jenny was our tour guide and we are so grateful for help! she showed us magnificent places, ensured we had minimum queues, she is professional, friendly and was attentive to our wishes! Since we had only 2 days, we asked to arrange Glass bridge tour as well and she organisied everything! she gave us many great tips. I strongly recommend the tour, i'm happy that i booked guide as it was efficient, we would be lost without Jenny!

Our trip to Zhangjiajie was a part of a tour booked with the "China Highlights" travel agency. Due to our travel plan we had only two days scheduled for this activity which was definitely a short time. Three days should have been better! Nevertheless, due to David "Nearby" our guide, we managed to cover the main best places in the area. He speaks very good English, was very helpful with a few things where we needed some support and he organized very well our time so this short trip went smothly.

Our recent tour in Zhangjiajie with Eric Denny's arrangement was absolutely fantastic with the great service from start to finish! Both Eric and Murphy were friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Plus, the itinerary was perfectly paced, allowing us to fully experience the breathtaking scenery of Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain without feeling rushed. We cannot emphasize how enjoyable this tour was and would definitely recommend this two-day tour for anyone wanting to explore the beauty of Zhangjiajie! If I can give this your more than five stars… I would! I also want to add that Eric was so kind and thoughtful that he even took awesome pictures of us and shared them all in a video… a definite plus that we are SÚPER thankful for and that demonstrates how kind and hospitable he is! Great ride! Sunny was very kind, helpful and friendly. She was also knowledgeable, and had great communication skills. She made the long journey entertaining. I recommend the tour company and specially her as a tour guide.

Eric is a top class guide. We had to change the dates for personal reasons and then the airline has changed the flight from evening to early morning, so instead of two full days, we only had one day to explore Zhangjiajie. Eric has been very accommodating and was our guide on his day off (it was a national holiday). He planned the trip given our time constrains and our chosen accommodation. Without him, we wouldn’t have managed to see all the main highlights of Zhangjiajie. He knew exactly where to go for the most beautiful spots, walked with us for miles through the scenic routes and we mostly managed to avoid crowds. He took lots of videos, including with his drone and put it together into a very special clip, which really captured the essence of our day. All in all, we had an amazing time and saw everything we wanted to see, so grateful for this experience.
