Entire booking process with Here Egypt tours has been super smooth as I was able to communicate with them by WhatsApp one month ahead of my actual tour to plan out exactly what would work best for me. We got picked up in Cairo from our hotel by Hazem who accommodated us all the way to the train station and made sure we got on board to our sleeper train cabin. (This was very helpful as navigating that massive Cairo train station would have been an adventure which I was not ready for) Upon arriving in Aswan, we met our official guide Ahmed who would become our designated guide for the entire Here Egypt experience. Ahmed has a distinct way of guiding with some modern humor thrown in while explaining each site like a professor, give you a quiz and get really happy if you remembered the details. We stayed in Blue Shadow cruise ship which is a newer ship. I saw the Crew cleaning common areas through the day, staff were friendly and food was delicious. I am grateful for the service by Here Egypt Tours! My sincere thanks to here Egypt tours and Ahmed for accommodating us in Egypt!
Blue shadow “2”, Nile cruise ship 1. Hygiene: - The general standard of hygene is medium to high. - - The Boat is generally clean and no smell of smoke in the lounge areas - - Food hygiene is very good 2. Services & food quality - Restaurant, bar and boat deck serviced from a good trained staff with high service standard - Food quality is average 3. Generally - I give blue shadow 2, 5 stars not only for the Ship but for also for the very good experience in all the ship facilities and services - A unique dedicated staff led by a very good manager who gives all his time & efforts to give all passengers a very remarkable services Would I go again ?? Definitely big fat YES
