Denna 2,5-timmars tur sträcker sig över 28/45 km och erbjuder en unik möjlighet att bevittna skönheten och historien i denna ikoniska plats. - • Alla turer avgår från framsidan av The View Hotel byggnaden. Anländ minst 15 minuter före planerad avgångstid för lastning. Vår guide väntar på dig framför hotellet vid LASTPLATSEN, cirka 50 meter väster om entrén. Vi avgår strikt på timmen, så var snäll och var punktlig. MÖTS INTE INUTI VIEW HOTEL. One of the best tours we went on with great courtesy of tour guide Joe. He taught us fun ways to take photos and took great pictures for us.
This was the highlight on a vacation to northeast Arizona. Price was worth it. We had a 20 minute wait at the gate and were late for our tour, but a simple call to the agency was all it took before finally getting to our guide, Elvis. He is very nice and played a song on his flute for us at Big Hogan arch.
We departed right on time, lots of bottles of cold water during the tour. Our guide John was great and new so much over Monument Valley and the Navajo.
Wonderful tour with Joseph, a native from the Navajo nation. We had a great time with him as he was narrating stories from his people and his own life. We asked a lot of questions and he was always keen to answer thoroughly. He took a lot of photos for us, being very creative and technical. Great time! Bonus: we didn’t pay for both kids (under 9)
We took this tour with John our guide, and had a really great experience. The tour allowed us to go to areas of monument valley that we would not have been able to access without a guide. We saw authentic Navajo hogans which we weren't expecting. Our guide provided water also which was welcome on such a hot day. The tour is bumpy, so if you do not to well with rougher terrain, keep that in mind! The fee was very reasonable given how long the tour actually was (just over 2.5hours). We had a small group of about 8 total.
Our decision to take this tour instead of driving ourselves was exactly what we wanted. A guide that could give us history of the park, of the Navajo people and the inside things to look for and see. Joe filled that beyond our expectations His contribution was outstanding, " thank you Joe"

Guide was political and I didn’t pay this kind of money to hear his point of view. He also “made up” information, we fact checked him when we got home. He was a poor representation of the tribe.
Joseph was an excellent tour guide who took us through all of the highlights of the valley. He shared lots of interesting information about the area and his people. He even showed us ancient petroglyphs. He very graciously took photos of our family and showed us some photography tips to take the best pictures. Highly recommend!
Our guide John was great: informed, funny, occasionally spiritual!
