Segway tour guide was really nice and accommodating since we were running late. It was hard to hear him with the headphone though if you weren't right by him and not alot of information about what we saw
Thanks for the feedback! Sorry about the audio those headsets run on 2G cellular, so they glitch near emergency vehicles or towers. It's just how the tech works (no issue with our gear), but we'll stick to quieter routes next time. Family vacation to Miami, Segway tour is a must. We did the sunset tour and it was amazing. Joseph was an amazing guide and coach. The family was nervous to ride but after 5 minutes of riding with him they were taking photos while driving. Such an amazing experience and wonderful memories for the family. It is a must do when you are in the area.
