1 - Dag Fansipan Trek med LOCAL Guide

This was one of the best hikes I’ve ever done. I booked a trip to Vietnam and came across this trek on TikTok, and I’m so glad I did. Our local guide was incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions. Everything was well organized, and they provided great meals, snacks, drinking water, and even raincoats, which made the whole experience so much easier. It was absolutely worth every penny. Such an unforgettable experience, and I’d definitely do it again if I ever return to Vietnam.

The really nice and helpful guide Chu helped me to refund my booking because I was so sick in the morning. The hike is really long and I feel like it’s a justified price for what you get out of the tour. I definitely consider to book it again one day because of the nice guide and the value of the tour👍🏼❤️

I had a wonderful time trekking with Chu. He took many wonderful photos during the trek. I was only one that sign up that day so there was an extra fee for solo travelers. But going solo means that I was able to go as fast or as slow as I want. And Chu was very accommodating with my pace. He also prepared an amazing lunch for me. Even the other group was commenting on what a feast I was having.

Chu was a fantastic guide: he is meticulous in his preparation and provides you with everything you need for the hike - gear, snacks, and a delicious lunch. He is a patient and helpful guide and a pleasure to talk to as you embark on this (at times) grueling climb. Cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Chu!

I'm from Indonesia, and I did the Fansipan trek with Chu. I can confidently say that his service was outstanding. He provided everything I needed for the trek, including trekking poles, gloves, water, snacks, and lunch. His price was very affordable, but the quality of his service exceeded my expectations. I'm a slow hiker, and he was incredibly patient. He always waited for me whenever I needed to stop and rest along the trail, and he never made me feel rushed. Before we reached the summit, he even cooked a delicious meal with generous portions and served fresh fruit. It was the perfect energy boost before the final climb. I highly recommend Chu to anyone planning to trek Fansipan. He's professional, caring, patient, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

What an amazing experience - made even better with our guide Chu. The walk is challenging but rewarding - even if the view is obscured by mist and fog when you finally get to the top. Chu made sure to always check in on us as we were climbing making sure we took the safest route. With lunch, water and snacks provided we did not go hungry! We had such a great experience with Chu that we organised for he and fellow guide Poa to take us on a motorbike tour the following day. We took local roads to the little villages below Sapa (Cat Cat and Lao Chai) as well as the local 'Love Waterfall'. Stopping so many times along the way to take photos of the terraced rice fields and locals going about their day - a photograph opportunity at every turn. Highly recommend booking Chu's tours.

The ascent of Fansipan was one of the highlights of my trip. The tour was excellently organized and offered the perfect mix of challenge, nature experience, and unforgettable views. A big thank you to our guide Chu, who made the hike a special experience with his expertise, motivation, and friendly manner. I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire tour. I can recommend this tour to anyone who wants to face an exciting challenge and experience the impressive mountain landscape of Vietnam up close. The effort is worth it – the moment at the summit is simply priceless.

I booked this experience as an “open” tour but finally nobody join so it was like a private tour and I enjoyed it so much. The communication before the hike was great and Chu answer all my question really quickly. The pick-up and the return to my hotel was also great. Then the hike it self was amazing. Even if the weather wasn’t on our side (Chu was prepared for that) I had a great time. A special mention for the warm lunch really really good and for the snacks:) Would 100% recommend.

Chu was such an incredible guide, from picking me up in the morning to starting the trail, providing trekking gear and being so patient when i needed breaks all the way up. He made me a delicious lunch and provided water and snacks the entire time, his knowledge of the Sapa region including his village and the plants on the mountain was amazing. The hike was challenging but Chu made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time i really recommend. :)

I can highly recommend the 1-day Fansipan tour with Chu! From start to finish, Chu was an exceptional guide - kind, attentive, and great at setting a steady pace while regularly checking in to make sure I was doing okay. He truly went above and beyond: picking me up and dropping me back to my hostel, providing water and snacks during rest stops, and cooking a delicious Chicken Pho for lunch - the perfect warm-up mid-hike! A hot cup of coffee was a lovely touch too. Although the weather was foggy, the trek was a fantastic physical challenge and Chu's company made it all the more enjoyable. He clearly takes enormous pride in looking after his guests, which was perfectly summed up by the heartwarming moment at the summit - a celebratory medal and certificate to mark the achievement! If you're thinking about tackling Fansipan, you won't regret booking with Chu!
