Som det högsta berget i Zhangjiajie, Tianmen Mountain har djup kulturell och andlig betydelse. Legender omger bildandet av Himmelska fridens grotta, ofta i samband med himmelska händelser eller gudomlig intervention. Det anses vara en helig plats och en symbol för kopplingen mellan himmel och jord. De populäraste attraktionerna är: 1, Tianmen Cave ("Himmelens port"), ett massivt 131,5 meter högt hål eroderade genom bergstoppen. Denna hisnande formation är ofta höljd i dimma, vilket skapar ett eteriskt, himmelskt utseende. 2, Tianmen Cableway: En av världens längsta passagerarlinbanor (7 455 meter), med fantastisk panoramautsikt över det dramatiska karstlandskapet och den 99-krökta "Heaven-Linking Avenue" vägen nedanför. 3, Tianmen Avenue: Den orpentinska bergsvägen med 99 skarpa kurvor leder upp till grottans bas.

We had an amazing trip to the Avatar mountains, Bailong elevator, Tianzen mountain and glass bridge. Our guide Hanna was fantastic she helped translate, provide information and took us to get halal food near the National forest. She was very flexible and friendly. We would highly recommend the trip. The glass bridge is particularly stunning.

We went to zhangjiajie in April saw the most beautiful mountains and Cristal clear rivers, we reached very high the 5 star scenic mountains. Its was amazing experience. We did the 2 day tour with Amelia who was a fantastic guide. We covered a lot of ground and everything was efficiently handled by Amelia. Great knowledge of the area and the best way to organise the tour avoiding the queues. Would definitely recommend.

The landscapes are incredible. Everything is very well organized but we were really Lucky with our guide Doris. She is marvellous! A lot of knowledge aborto the area, very fluent in english and amazong. Always taking care of us. She also recommended us many things to do for our free time.

First of all, the tourist guide help us by arriving to the hotel one hour later than agreed. It is important to say that ask her to do it. So it important and meaningful for us that she help us with.
