Impossible to find the location for the tour, the entrance to the park couldnt help/did not speak English. Very frustrating. Can't review on the tour itself since we drove around and never found the meeting point.

Son las mismas que enviamos a cientos de clientes diariamente y todos llegan sin problemas. Los reembolsos no son posibles por políticas de Viator y de TripAdvisor el mismo dia de la reservacion y por motivos ajenos a nosotros. Le ofrecimos regendar para otra hora, tampoco fue una opcion que le gustará. Nunca nos contacto para pedirnos ayuda y nosotros estuvimos esperándole todo el dia. Le envio mis mejores deseos. Gracias.
Great experience. Got to see and swim with turtles, sting rays, and fish :). However the coral reef were all brown and dead :(.

We had a great time! We first sailed quite close to Tulum Ruins and got a good view and stopped for everyone to take pictures, then we swimmed with sea turtles and sting rays. We spent quite a long time in the water so we really had a chance to see multiple turtles, all different sizes and colors. All the equipment was provided (life jacket, mask, tuba, flippers). It was a small group of 15 people. There was also a dry space to put all our bags and belongings. However it was windy so the sea was a bit agitated, a few people got sick because of the waves. So if you're sensitive to seasickness I would definitely recommend taking meds with you just in case!

It was my daughter and I and we enjoyed it so much! The service was excellent from the first contact and the guys who took us for the ride were super cute, super attentive, explained everything, told us where we were, what there was, what we should not do, etc. An important part of the experience was them and we appreciate it!

It was everything I could have imagined and there were sea turtles swimming so close it was amazing the guide were great, the Taxi service that was referred was spectacular. Great communication

This is a scam. When at the ruins they sell you this "tour". Charge you 400 peso per person, then send you over to the Parque jaguar to pay another 400 peso per person. Tour guide doesnt speak english. you sit and wait for the boat an hour until they have enough people, then they take you out through 4 feet of seaweed, then offshore of the ruin. The entire boat is perhaps 30 ins. A total rip off. Im disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Tanto en nuestra descripción como en los mensajes frecuentes que enviamos antes de la experiencia es claro que existe un impuesto que se debe pagar y no esta incluido. Es un impuesto del gobierno por entrar a zonas naturales. Los precios que usted indica no corresponden con el costo de neutra experiencia que es de 713 pesos. Por otro lado el sargazo tampoco es algo que nosotros podamos controlar es algo que pertenece a la naturaleza. Sin embargo la experiencia se desarrolla sin inconvenientes en el arrecife y en los demás puntos que usamos para hacer snorkel. Por ultimo nos encontramos en México lugar que amamos y respetamos, nuestra lengua nativa es el español, algunos hacemos el esfuerzo para comunicarnos de la mejor manera y nuestros guías tienen un conocimiento básico del inglés. Sin embargo respetamos su punto de vista y nuevamente agradecemos sus comentarios.
Once arriving at the checkpoint everything was well organized , we boarded the boat promptly at the time stated, and we had a blast, and was able to capture some video of the turtles, sting rays, and the beautiful fish!!! Definitely book this experience

Purchased the 1.5 hour snorkel trip, we were in the water maybe 45 mins or so… thought we were going to another location but they brought us back to the shore

A veces los tiempos se reducen o aumentan un poco dependiendo del estado de muchas variables, como el mar y el viento.
