Depois de buscar todos os nossos clientes, nos preparamos para um dia cheio de emoções e novas aventuras. Partimos em direção a Lungern, fazendo uma breve parada de 15 minutos em Owi Land, um posto de gasolina com vistas impressionantes. Aqui você pode ir ao banheiro ou comprar café da manhã, se precisar.
Este passeio começa no Lago Lungern, famoso por suas águas azul-turquesa e cristalinas, cercado por florestas exuberantes e montanhas majestosas.
Faremos uma curta caminhada para chegar às Cataratas de Giessbach. De onde podemos admirar as belas vistas do lago e um lindo hotel.
Chegamos a Grindelwald, uma charmosa vila alpina localizada na região de Jungfrau. Um destino é conhecido por suas paisagens montanhosas deslumbrantes e pela proximidade da famosa face norte do Eiger. Podemos pegar um dos teleféricos mais populares (entrada do teleférico não incluída) ou aproveitar o tempo livre para fazer compras, aproveitar os arredores ou tomar uma bebida. Além disso, você pode comer em Grindelwald, pois há uma grande variedade de opções gastronômicas.
Chegamos à famosa vila de Lauterbrunnen, conhecida por suas paisagens alpinas espetaculares. O vale ostenta 72 cachoeiras impressionantes, penhascos íngremes e prados verdejantes. Lá você pode fazer uma curta caminhada e apreciar a beleza do lugar. *O tempo de parada em Lauterbrunnen dependerá da época do ano da sua visita.
Depois de um dia emocionante, partiremos para Zurique e deixaremos você em sua acomodação.

Excellent tour, very complete, varied, and enjoyable. The drivers/guides were very respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the region. Very good communication with the operator.
Its a beautiful place to see and everything went well, more of a transportation than tour guide. People were friendly and we had a nice time.
The guide gave almost no information about where we were and what the attractions were. If we had hired a taxi it would have been OK but we paid for a guided tour and the guide did not do his job. Very disappointing.

I made the reservation with less than 48 hours and it said that if the hotel was not on the list they would send me a message. I received the confirmation messages from TripAdvisor. The day before in the morning, I sent them the hotel information again and asked for confirmation if they were picking me up. I had no response. In the afternoon, I sent another message, but I didn't get any response either. At 9:52 PM, they wrote to me saying there was no more room and offered me a tour for the same price that day or to do it the next day. None of the options were satisfactory, so I canceled it and requested a refund. I thought the lack of response and only contacting me at night was very bad, not giving me the option to look for alternatives; that shows a lack of professionalism. But I thought it was worse that they offered me another tour at no additional cost that was 40 dollars cheaper; that shows a lack of ethics.

Cuando confirmamos que ya no quedaban plazas disponibles en el tour reservado, le explicamos los motivos y le ofrecimos varias alternativas: realizarlo al día siguiente o participar ese mismo día en otro tour cuyo precio habitual era 100 CHF superior al contratado, sin cobrarle ninguna diferencia. Nuestra intención fue ofrecerle una solución y no un servicio de menor valor. Como ninguna de las alternativas se adaptaba a sus planes, aceptamos la cancelación y gestionamos el reembolso. Lamentamos sinceramente la demora en la comunicación y tendremos en cuenta sus comentarios para mejorar nuestro servicio.
We would do it again. Beautiful day with beautiful stops. Kind guide comfortable vehicle but Viator needs to review how this trip is advertised.
Our day trip to the Alps with Anouar was amazing. We traveled to the beautiful villages and Anouar made sure we had plenty of opportunities for photos. He was knowledgeable about the Swiss culture and customs.

We had an amazing tour with Anouar. He was so friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. The tour was well thought out and organized. It was a beautiful day and we saw the most beautiful views. Some that didn't even look real, more like a fairytale. Anouar even did a drone video for us in Lungern (If I'm not mistaken). We would 100% do this tour again.
