O ponto de encontro é o ponto de partida mais natural para um passeio, ao lado da antiga porta da cidade e da coluna romana que marca o início da rua principal.
A primeira parada fica ao lado da igreja que esconde um dos tesouros religiosos mais importantes e venerados do país. A poucos passos de distância, provaremos prato de peixe local emparelhado com vinho branco regional.
Passando pela praça principal, o centro da vida urbana em Zadar desde os tempos medievais, onde a identidade urbana da cidade tomou forma, e onde os primeiros bares abriram já no início do século 18.
Visitaremos o mercado local, onde os moradores vendem diariamente peixe capturado e legumes cultivados localmente. Ao lado estão os restos de uma antiga igreja, agora transformada em um jardim de vinhos fresco e único. Lá, provaremos prosciutto local e queijo, combinado com um rico vinho tinto.
Caminhando ao longo da rua principal da cidade velha - Kalelarga - que tem sido caminhada desde os tempos romanos.
Pararemos no local cultural mais importante da cidade, o maior fórum romano no leste do Adriático. Você ouvirá histórias de vida urbana em tempos antigos e aprenderá sobre a história dinâmica de Zadar
As ruas estreitas do bairro Varoš oferecem um olhar claro sobre a vibrante cultura urbana de Zadar. Fundada no século XVI por famílias trabalhadoras, continua a ser uma parte animada da cidade. Aqui, vamos tentar ćevapi e desfrutar de cerveja artesanal local feita por mulheres.

Amazing city walk with a phenomenal guide. Just enough information about Zadar's long history. Several stops with food and wine at nice restaurants. We were only three participants so the evening was longer than expected and filled with nice conversations about big and small. Don't miss this tour!

Dina is a ray of sunshine! You felt completely comfortable with her from the very first contact. She is so likable and talks about the locals, and you can tell how she lives this in "her" city as well. Visiting local restaurants and the tour of Zadar was not boring; we laughed a lot. Together with an English couple (Rachel and John, best wishes), we properly ended the evening. We met Dina again later at Cafe Novi; she recognized us immediately, and we spoke briefly. This shows how she truly embodies this commitment. Thank you, Dina!

Our tour guide, Ivana, was terrific! She shared so much information ( in a wonderfully abbreviated manner) about Croatia & Zadar. Her insights provided us with a good overview so we could have an understanding of the culture and lifestyle in Croatia. We enjoyed the food bites and beverages included in the tour too, but the highlight for us was what we learned from Ivana. Highly recommend this tour for knowledge and tasting ‘bits’ of truly local food. If you take the 6:00 PM tour you will be able to scout out a place to enjoy dinner afterwords.
Great way to start the trip to get to know the beautiful town and make new friends. Our guide was patient and you can tell she loves her country.

We bought this so early on our visit to Zadar we would know a bit more about the City as well as being able to find our way round. We had a wonderful time with our guide, she was knowledgable, friendly, funny and very honest about recent the recent history too. We enjoyed the food and drink but it was her knowledge of Zadar that made it amazing.
Arriving in Zadar late afternoon, an evening tour was the ideal introduction to the town. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made us all feel welcome. Food and wine/beer tastings were good. Recommended.

Excellent first evening of our visit to Zadar, our lovely guide showed us some interesting bars and restaurants which we could go back to. Also helps "orientate" you in the Old town. Don't confuse this tour with the soulless history lectures you see coming off the cruise ships, our guide was relaxed, informative and clearly proud of her city which made for an engaging 2 1/2 hour meander around. The fact that the food was excellent, and there was enough to drink to be slightly squiffy by the end of the evening, was a pleasant "plus". Thoroughly recommend this tour.
