Masa was amazing . He was very punctual and explained all in English
Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed Masa's tour!
It was such a wonderful experience overall. I could not get tickets off the museum's website last minute and this tour really came through. It was probably a better deal to to through a English speaking tour guide, anyway. Tour guides Andy and Masa-san were attentive and patient. One small area for improvement would be having a separate waiting line for a tour group for MyCupNoodles experience instead waiting with the public waiting line. Having 2 tour guides definitely helped out in that situation as one guide waited in line while we went to go check out another area.
Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed our tour!!
Masa was very sweet. They helped take photos along the way, hold our things so we could focus on the museum, and guide us through translations and the activities. I would 100% recommend him as your tour guide :)
Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed Masa's tour!!
We had booked a private tour with a local guide, Ishida. Really very interesting to read the info on the walls, but even more so when explained by our guide! We chose: making our own cup noodles; coloring our cup, choosing 4 ingredients and our broth. Seeing the whole process was impressive, right up to the sealing of the cups where they let us participate. Despite my daughter's allergy, the attendant understood very well, made sure to change her gloves, wash her hands, and prepare hers without touching anything else. The final result is wow! Really looking forward to tasting it back home! Great activity. Make sure to go in the morning when there are quite a few people, but it is really not as bad as the rest of the day, it seems.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Tour Guides in Japan – Nori & Emi! If you’re visiting Japan and have the opportunity to tour the Cup Noodles Museum with Nori and Emi, don’t hesitate—book them! They were absolutely incredible. We actually arrived late, but instead of leaving, they patiently waited for us. As soon as we arrived, Nori was holding a sign that said “Gotcha!”, which immediately made us smile and made it easy to find our group. The museum was huge and extremely crowded, but Nori always kept her arm raised so we could easily spot her wherever we went. That simple gesture made a huge difference and showed how much she cared about making sure no one got lost. Emi stayed right by our side the entire time, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Both Nori and Emi were kind, sweet, patient, and incredibly informative. They answered our questions, shared interesting facts, took wonderful photos for us, and made sure we experienced everything the museum had to offer—from exploring the exhibits to enjoying every part of the interactive experience. They didn’t just guide us through the museum—they made the entire experience unforgettable. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like VIP guests. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan, and it wouldn’t have been the same without them. If you’re coming to Japan and planning any tours, request Nori and Emi. They are, without a doubt, the best tour guides we’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommended!
