A fun private workshop where you learn about all the stages that go into creating Washi paper before each creating 4 sheets of paper using different natural finishes. Meet Kami the workshop mascot cat who keeps a watchful eye over you as you work (may look like sleeping). Finish with a tea made from the plant the Washi is made from.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. It truly means a lot to me and encourages me to keep creating new workshops. How did you like the washi paper you made yourself? I hope you'll enjoy turning it into a lamp, or perhaps writing a heartfelt letter on your handmade washi and giving it to someone special. Kamichan, our mascot cat, and I look forward to seeing you again the next time you visit!
Traveled to Singapore via Doha with qua-tar airlines we ordered the easy on the stomach food, sandwich white bread with lettuce on it was yuk, then from Australia via qua-tar airlines to Doha then Doha to Manchester, comfort seats, which were good, food I have never had so much rubbish food wise, did not eat it from Australia to Doha where I ate in the airport at Doha then to Manchester ate nothing the food was presented to me but inedible. Staff no smiles didn’t care what you asked and uninterested. I’ve been on trips with tui to Caribbean food not too bad,) tui staff respect was second to none. I’m not qua-tar’s first class passenger but please don’t give me inedible food and your staff needs teaching how to smile and talk to their ordinary customers with respect.
Thank you for your review. (Sorry for the late reply.) However, the content mainly concerns the food at the airport, and there is no mention of the workshop. If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us a review specifically about the workshop.
An absolute must if visiting Tokyo. The workshop mascot cat Kami is adorable and you get to create 4 different papers.
