Worth a return! We did this tour in 2023 and fully enjoyed it. This year we were visiting Carcassonne with friends and decided to return. It was great to see Joe and Liz again and their hospitality is second to none. You are made to feel welcome the second you arrive and Joe is so generous with his time and his wine. The tour of the wine making is enjoyable and their is the opportunity to try the wine direct from the vats. We then sat upstairs to be served a delicious 3 course meal cooked by Liz and paired with many of Joes wines. A splendid evening and "a must do" if in Carcassonne!

Celebrated a non-trivial birthday with my family in the company of Joe and Liz, the amazing owners of O'Vineyards. The location is stunning, the weather was perfect, and the experience was amazing. Incredible insight into the wine-making process with Joe and excellent food from Liz. Gracious and generous hosts for the whole evening. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks again Joe and Liz!

What an evening! Super food, excellent wine, and charming company. It was a pleasure to meet Joe and Liz at O’Vineyards and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this experience. We left with full bellies, happy hearts and quite a bit of wine!

Amazing experience in a beautiful location with magnificent hosts. The vineyard tour was very informative and Joe is really dedicated to quality. The food and wine tasting was amazing (it’s not every day you get to try such wines) and the company was great. Really highly recommended

What a wonderful experience with such fabulous and genuine people. Joe and Liz are amazing and love what they do. We had the tour and dinner experience and it was fantastic. Excellent food and such wonderful company with those that attended and Joe and Liz themselves, we left feeling connected and we can't wait to see them and their estate again. Along with their wondeful wines (and a need for Liz 's wardrobe 🤣 ) it is a has ended our Carcassonne visit on a high and we will be back!

We had the most wonderful experience visiting Joe and Liz at their beautiful winery — and lovely home! Their hospitality went truly above and beyond; from the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and cared for. Fabulous evening, beautiful setting, great hosts and delicious food and wine. A great way to spend an evening away from the hustle of the Carcassonne.

We had a 4 day break in Carcassone to celebrate a milestone birthday, and our trip to “O” Vineyard was undoubtedly the highlight. The welcome we received from Joe and Liz was exceptional. We toured the vineyard and winery before settling down to an amazing meal. We could not have been made more welcome. The fact we learnt a lot about the wine making process was just a bonus. Highly recommend a visit. Merci beaucoup mon amies!
