Este é um impressionante ciclo guiado de meio dia que permite experimentar a incrível paisagem costeira do Wild Atlantic Way. O passeio leva você pelos promontórios e pelas praias selvagens através da exuberante e verdejante paisagem irlandesa. Você verá vacas pastando nos campos e plantações como milho brilhando e balançando com a brisa. Começamos no Museu Lusitania/Old Head Signal Tower com vistas sobre Old Head Gold Links, porto de Cork e a bela área de West Cork. Pedalaremos por duas praias antes de parar em um tradicional pub irlandês na vila de Ballinspittle. Aqui desfrutaremos de um chá/café ou refrigerante antes de retornar de bicicleta por paisagens mais deslumbrantes até o ponto de partida. O passeio envolve pedalar em terreno moderadamente acidentado. É adequado para casais, grupos e famílias com crianças mais velhas. Para grupos, a rota exata do passeio pode ser adaptada às suas necessidades. As bicicletas e bicicletas elétricas são fornecidas com capacete e colete de alta visibilidade.

Nosso ponto de encontro! Este é um pequeno museu, instalado em uma antiga torre de observação. Há um pequeno café e banheiros.
Enquanto pedalamos, seguimos parte do Wild Atlantic Way, uma rota marcada de 2.600 km (1.600 milhas) ao longo da costa da Irlanda. Este percurso foi selecionado para acompanhar as melhores paisagens e experiências culturais e históricas da região.
Pedalaremos ao lado desta praia selvagem, muitas vezes gostando de ver pessoas nadando e praticando outros esportes aquáticos como surf e kitesurf.
Pararemos para tomar um chá/café ou refrigerante em um pub da colorida vila de Ballinspittle. Há uma esplanada-cervejaria onde podemos sentar-nos se o tempo estiver bom.
O tempo restante será gasto pedalando pelo campo.
Terminaremos nosso passeio de volta ao ponto de partida, em Old Head of Kinsale. Por que não entrar no museu e visitar o terraço da cobertura para ter vistas mais incríveis da área?

Our guide, Ruth, was amazing! The entire experience was wonderful. I highly recommend.
Ruth was extremely helpful with getting our bikes booked and ready, she is so responsive to emails and was on hand on the phone when needed. The bikes were excellent quality and perfect for a cycle along the coastline - E bikes recommend for those hills ! The views were stunning and Ruth recommended the perfect route. This is a must do excursion in Kinsale. Thanks Ruth :)

Small group tour on a mix of electric and normal bikes. Casual. Informative. Useful workout! Super coffee stop with view of fabulous Head of Kinsale. Tour lenght was just right and finished on time. Ruth was a great guide/leader. Thanks

We booked the e-bikes for three 50-something aged couples of mixed biking/athletic ability. The “pedal assist” bikes were easy to use and made the tour struggle free for everyone. I hadn’t rode a bike in 40 years, but all of my nerves dissipated minutes after I started riding. Our tour guide, Ruth, was amazing. She took us along the coast, through a forest, and along scenic back roads. Her historical and cultural knowledge of the area is unmatched. Most of all, Ruth was patient and kept us safe on the bikes and roads. Our stop at the cafe gave us time to enjoy truly delicious scones, tea and cappuccino, as well as breath taking views of beaches and the water. I highly recommend making this tour part of your itinerary if you are visiting the Kinsale area. Worth every penny, and you will feel like you accomplished some real physical activity, even though the bikes are set to do all the “work” for you if you want them to.

Ruth and her colleagues were 10/10. They handled our big group of 25 with such ease and care! It was a way to explore that we wouldn’t have been able to experience otherwise. Everyone is still talking reminiscing about it. Would recommend everyone do it!

What a fantastic way to experience the west coast of Ireland! The views were spectacular, and the tour was so much fun. Ruth was knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful throughout the trip. Everything was well organized, and the experience was absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended!
