Prior communication did not work as well as with other providers. You had to check the pick-up time first. Pickup then worked out on time. We had actually booked a tour with a German-speaking guide, but were on the bus with Russian-speaking people. Locally, the communication then went only in English, which was a bit of a shame, but ok. The rafting was A really great experience, I felt very safe there and had a lot of fun. Was a very successful trip. Food was good, too. It was a pity that it took over 1.5h before we were driven back.

Nice contact. On-time hotel pickup by prior arrangement. Relaxed drive to the canyon with several stops - ideal for children. Nice tour guide. Fun for the whole family. Delicious lunch in the afternoon after the rafting tour. Highly recommended. Thank you

Me and my family went on the rafting trip during our holiday. It was very funny, and we enjoyed. The water was very cold, and remember swimwear, or it is not funny to sit in wet clothes all day. Only minus is that it took at least 3 hours to arrive, as the driver had to make breaks all the time.
