Descrição
Esta atividade consiste numa caminhada, ao longo de um troço de rio, transpondo os obstáculos naturais que vão surgindo. Nadar em piscinas naturais, fazer saltos para lagoas rodeadas de penhascos gigantes e, eventualmente, utilizar cordas e outros meios auxiliares de segurança, para realizar rapeis e outras técnicas que nos possibilitem chegar ao fim do nosso percurso.

I’d been thinking about trying canyoning for years and finally decided to go for it. With no previous experience, Montes de Laboreiro recommended the intermediate level, which turned out to be a great choice. Everything was very well organized, with all the equipment provided. Our guides, Hélder and Nanci, were excellent: friendly, professional and attentive, explaining the safety procedures clearly and keeping us motivated throughout. The route was fantastic, through a beautiful wild landscape of natural pools, caves and waterfalls. A great experience that I’ll definitely repeat. Highly recommended!
Thanks to Felipe and Helder for this superb experience. The instructions were very clear (they even made the effort to speak in French for the members of the group who did not understand Portuguese). I recommend this thrill-seeking activity to you :)
