Em seguida, passeie pelas encantadoras ruas em direção à Praça Principal, onde seu guia compartilhará a rica história de uma das praças mais bonitas do Peru. Visite a igreja e o mosteiro ornamentados de La Compañía de Jesús, lar do impressionante Santo Ignacio Cupola, uma obra-prima da arte colonial. Continue para um tambo do século XVII, um complexo de habitação comunitária tradicional que revela o passado colonial da cidade. Finalmente, explore o impressionante Mosteiro de Santa Catalina, uma cidade dentro da cidade, com mais de 300 anos de história fascinante. O nosso tour começa visitando o popular mercado de San Camilo; declarado Patrimônio Histórico em l987 e onde você pode encontrar muitos produtos como commodities, flores, roupas e outros itens de qualidade a baixo custo. Este é um lugar cheio de cor, atividade, variedade de sabores, que mostram um pouco da vida diária de nossa cidade.
Em seguida, continuaremos caminhando em direção ao centro da cidade (Main Plaza) explorando as ruas do centro da cidade e chegando à Praça Principal de Arequipa, onde o seu guia lhe dará uma introdução histórica de uma das mais belas praças principais do Peru.
Continuaremos o nosso passeio, visitando a igreja e o claustro de La Compañía de Jesús, este claustro e a igreja são uma unidade inteira, com semi-arcadas de pilastras pesadas totalmente decoradas em todos os quatro lados. Cada lado apresenta relevos idênticos, de três aglomerados grossos de uvas, papaias, cascas, cantutas, rosas, uvas etc. Na igreja visitaremos a famosa Cúpula de Santo Ignácio; uma capela tão bonita que é um exemplo de arte Arequipea colonial.
Caminharemos até o Mosteiro de Santa Catalina; monumento que pertence às atrações mais importantes da cidade de Arequipa, mantendo atrás de seus centros comerciais mais de três séculos de história.

Had an amazing time with Giardino Tours. Right from the moment I made an inquiry to the website, the booking lrad Lisbet was prompt with her responses, helpful and designed the ideal private tour for me. Upon arrival to Arequipa, my guide Sam was super responsive via WhatsApp as some of my plans had changed. Sam was an excellent guide who is a born and raised local, and had a wealth of knowledge and insight to share. Responsive to my requests during our tour, including a stop to drop off Laundry. 5 stars+ - couldn't recommend Giardino Tours enough!

We had a fabulous time with our guide Brian. He was punctual and extremely knowledgeable about Arequipa. The expertise and enthusiasm that he conveyed as we went through the monastery was infectious and it was an incredible experience. The city walk in Arequipa was very beautiful and culture. We've been through several buildings. Our guide Stephanie really tried, she talked about the different architecture and also the history. She's one of the best. We enjoyed very much and feel like all the city
