Snorkeling was so much fun especially for first timers! All the ladies, Sophia, Abby, Captain Lex, and Gretchen, on the boat took care of us every step of the way! We saw lots of fish and sea turtles up close!! Thank you!

We saw multiple turtles, plenty of colorful fish, and a surprising variety of marine life. Overall a smooth, memorable experience — highly recommend.

We did not enjoy the experience very much (especially after comparing it to the other activities we did during our trip to Hawaii). Basically, you are loaded onto a boat and rushed to the famous turtle bay. They made us put on swimsuits, fins, masks, and life jackets while the boat was still moving, as if there was a great hurry.... All this and then there was not even a shadow of turtles, probably due to the large number of tourists present... Even though we booked the first tour of the morning, there were still many boats and many people all crowded together. It felt like being at the sinking of the Titanic... Every little while someone would shout "turtle" and everyone would rush over only to see nothing, because the turtle had gone deeper, scared by the large number of people. In the end, we saw few fish and no turtles. But above all, the water was not even that clear. Another thing we did not like was that the "guides" did not provide information; they only told us to stay close to each other and reassured us that the turtles were deeper and that was why we could not see them. Finally, several people on our tour suffered from seasickness and the guides were absolutely uninterested in this. They simply told him to vomit in the ocean to avoid dirtying the boat and then offered everyone snacks (the last thing one would want when feeling sick). I recommend avoiding this tour...there are many other places in Hawaii to go snorkeling in a much more peaceful and serene manner, with the possibility of spotting fish in total relaxation. P.S. To avoid any misunderstandings, I want to clarify that the problem was not the lack of turtles (perfectly understandable that they do not arrive "on command"), but rather the way the tour was managed. The atmosphere was not relaxed at all; there was a lot of confusion, plain and simple. Many people got back on the boat even before the guides said so, simply because they were tired of it.
