Fortunately, I had read many comments about the food (first act) and we arrived at 9:00 PM, after going through half the fairgrounds, crossing the MADRING straight under construction (exclusive, we didn't arrive on time), a parking lot... Anyway, more than 15 min following the Maps directions, wandering through a fairground suburb. Total luxury. The show does a disservice to the artists, who are very capable but poorly directed; it seems they are once again being asked for more is better. Excessive sound, incessant highs, notes of infinite length, more vocal power than nuance, with exceptions of female voices that should be enjoyed in another context. A very annoying tendency toward overstimulation of the audience, as if they feared we would get bored listening to a complete song. Always at its peak, an hour and a half of a typical concert finale. ADHD. Going as a couple, we gave it our all at La Catedral, and since it's not packed in July, we enjoyed it a lot, despite the DJ who cut the tracks short after barely a minute. Every time we managed to enjoy a hit, he would make sure to switch to another one that had nothing to do with it. Very much in his own world, with everything preset, without looking at the audience. Anti-DJ. Conclusions: If they give it to you as a gift, don't hesitate; I hope it was a unique experience, I don't know if I could handle a second time. On an IG, I heard one of the organizers state that if this show were in Las Vegas, it would be a Top 3. What a shame, considering what Las Vegas used to be... As I said, too much overstimulation, inputs per minute, don't think, don't feel... Very current, that must be acknowledged.

I booked the most exclusive VIP experience from WAH (€408 for two people) because I wanted to surprise my wife with a special night. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. During the phone booking, I was assured that the experience included priority access, accompaniment by a hostess, a private box, gourmet dinner, and open bar. However, the reality was very different. As soon as we arrived, we had to wait for the sun to access the venue. The promised hostess never appeared, and the personalized attention simply did not exist. The dinner was good, that much deserves recognition, and the waiter who served us did everything possible despite being clearly overwhelmed. The most serious problem arose during the show. When ordering a drink, we were informed that our reservation did not include an open bar, contradicting the information provided during the sale and that published by WAH about this option. Instead of enjoying the show, I had to spend nearly 45 minutes complaining and trying to clarify a situation that should never have fallen on the customer. No one can give me back that lost time. The only positive aspect was Alberto's performance, who was the only employee that showed true empathy and tried to find a solution, offering us to return another day to see the show that we barely got to enjoy. The problem was not a drink or the money. The problem was that I paid for an exclusive experience that I did not receive, and a surprise prepared with great excitement for my wife ended up turning into a complaint. WAH has a great show, but the management of the VIP experience is far from what it promises. If they are going to sell a premium service, they should ensure that it is actually provided. My experience, unfortunately, did not live up to what was advertised.

Surprising, a unique space in Madrid where you can first enjoy a good meal with a variety of stalls to choose from, then a wonderful show with great voices and musicians, and for dessert, a non-stop party with a DJ and entertainers, all without having to travel or take a car. The only downside is that time flies by.

Thank Ana and Matheus for their attention, on Thursday we had a little confusion with our booking/entrance and yet the team treated us with incredible kindness from the very beginning. It’s nice to meet such professional, close and resolute people, who make the experience even more worthwhile. The show was great, but I definitely stay also with the humane treatment of the staff.
