We went on a volcanic hike to discover the Timanfaya eruptions. Raquel was very responsive and accommodating because the hikes for the desired days were already full. We did a private hike on a Saturday with our 2 children aged 8 and 11. Our French-speaking guide was Eden. He was very educational with the children and very knowledgeable. His French is impeccable. He answered all our questions and those of the children, mastering his subject perfectly and enthusiastic about sharing the beauty of his island. We recommend to all French speakers wishing to visit Lanzarote to take this excursion and especially to go through Raquel and Eden!
A timeless moment.. An incredible tour led by a passionate and fascinating guide!
Tour guide very informative, knowledgable and attentive. English and French was perfect and was able to switch between both. Very interesting to hear about volcanos and Lanzarote history.
This was a very accessible and fascinating hike. The group was very small and the guide could speak in many languages. Felt very personal and fascinating and fun. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative and the route gave you that remote feeling. There were snacks included. Staff was very communicative and flexible with meeting people and making sure you got to and from the point so don’t be afraid to reach out. They also organize many other tours which i unfortunately did not have time to do but i will return!
Very nice walk with a super pleasant and competent Raquel guide, with a very educational approach to volcanoes! I recommend 200%!
This is an absolute must-do in Lanzarote if you’re interested in volcanoes and the local nature and are up for a relatively easy hike. Our guide Raquel picked us up promptly and was great at pointing out various sights on the way. She also answered my million questions about the island and gave recommendations. There were also some nice snacks, including delicious volcanic soil-grown bananas. We took this tour on our first full day on Lanzarote and I can’t imagine a better introduction. We would definitely take a tour with this company again.
Excellent trip with a very knowledgeable and passionate guide. Raquel was brilliant and I appreciated her experience and guidance. I have learnt so much and appreciate Lanzarote even more.
Raquel was an excellent, informative guide who displayed her love of Lanzarote and the Parque Natural de Los Volcanes
Great guided tour, very educational. The walk is 7km, not much elevation and at a good pace without rushing. P/u was perfect, ample parking to leave your car. All in all, 3.5 hrs. This is a must, felt like we were on Mars. Good value for your $$&
This is a must-do tour when you are in Lanzarote. There really is nothing like the volcanic landscape- truly other-worldly. Hiking up a volcano and getting to see down into the crater was quite an experience. The hike itself was pretty straightforward- about 10 km. Wear decent shoes and sunscreen. Helps to bring a small pack to carry waters and such. Our guide, Raquel, was excellent - knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly. This really is one of the best tours I've taken.
