We got up full of anticipation for this day at 5 a.m. as the transfer to the destination was planned at 6.35 a.m. We had to walk 1.5 km to the pick-up point. There was a bus with bus driver at 6.35 am on site, but this did not take us and said "the next bus" He had not even looked at a list with him but only at our booking confirmation and put us off. Since there was no transfer on site at 6.50 am we called the office and asked when we would be picked up. According to the office, there was a "misunderstanding" which we are not aware of. We were offered a dodge day as we are leaving soon but we refused and demanded the money back. I haven't received an email as confirmation so far although we were assured of this on the phone for the next few minutes. At Paypal I was able to report a problem so that the money does not go to us. Thanks for nothing! Thank you dear bus driver- was probably too early for him!

Nice trip to Paxos - Antipaxos and Blue Caves. Stopped to be able to swim, visit the caves and visit Paxos. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain.

Another tour we attend and we are very happy for that. This cruise is value for money at all! Places that you can not see anywhere, and excellent service!
We could not make the excursion because two minutes after the hotel pickup time, we called the contact phone to inform that we were waiting and they answer us to go to a hotel next door that the driver is not waiting there. When we arrived at the hotel there was no one, we called again and we are informed that the driver has not seen us and has left so we will not be able to make the excursion, we were offered another day but we requested that the money back as we had not liked the deal, we kept waiting for the money to be paid. In Corfu there are cheaper agencies for such activity.

Unfortunately so much navigation, ship full of people, on board the bar has skyrocketing costs. It leaves at 8:30 to return at 18:30, 9 hours, including 6 hours of navigation, 30 minutes of swimming in a beautiful cove but you do not touch and there is no beach, 2.5 hours in the city time for lunch and a dip in the sea. I do not recommend it simply because you lose a whole day when in Corfu there are better places to see.

We had chosen a transfer that would pick us up at the hotel, it never came and so did not pick us up. Contacted the tour operator, who named that it had gone wrong and they would cancel the activity for us. It was our last day and we were really looking forward to it so this was a shame. In the contact no decent excuse or such got.

The views were beautiful, the food was delicious and the people very welcoming . The 5 star accommodation was too expensive for what you get!

We had lots of updates both from Viator and Cretan Holidays about times for transfer, count down to the trip and details of the information they needed on us prior to travel. This was very efficient and professional. Unfortunately on the morning things were very different. We were at the pick up point outside our hotel at 8am for a 8.10am pick up. At 8.20am Sarris Cruises minibus picked us up and instead of dropping us at the port, dropped us on the main road and told us to wait for another bus. This never showed. We phoned to ask where our transport was, knowing that it is not unusual to drop people off and to be picked up later by a bigger vehicle. We were told that the vehicle despite saying Sarris Cruises was not Sarris Cruises and that we had made the mistake. Not only did we miss the trip we had been looking forward to we were then abandoned. My mother is almost 80 and being left on the side of the main road was not helpful. She certainly couldn't walk back to the hotel or port. Fortunately the ladies in the supermarket were very helpful and ordered us a taxi. Cretan Holidays offered to re arrange the trip but as we were going home the next day this wasn't an option. I trust this was a one off and in future all drivers are given a clear itinary and comprehensive list of passengers not just the number of people to collect.

A lovely day out, we had a nice big boat with comfy seats inside. Feel the boat could of had more outside seating. Beautiful clear blue sea at antipaxos perfect if you enjoy swimming in the sea. We went into caves at Paxos, tho I felt disappointed as was not able to see anything or take good photos due to the outside seating being crowded. We got some free time to enjoy the island of Paxos, where we enjoyed a nice lunch at a reasonable price. It was off of the waterfront down one of the side streets which was cooler. We did walk along the waterfront and got an Italian ice cream. Very pretty island. The day was very long and feel we could of got to Paxos faster when going out, as it was much quicker going back. Still a lovely day out tho.

The whole experience was fantastic from booking right the way through the trip. We'll worth the money. All staff lovely and one particularly lady who was trying to encourage me to have a dip in the sea. It looked beautiful and very inviting but as I can't swim couldn't do it.
