Chen Río é o lugar secreto dos habitantes de Cozumel que possui piscinas naturais de águas mornas e cristalinas. Aqui não vêm milhares de turistas, apenas alguns que se atrevem a explorar esta zona quase desconhecida da ilha.
Localizado na acidentada costa leste de Cozumel, o mirante El Mirador é uma paisagem marítima rochosa repleta de pontes naturais, poças de maré e torres de pedra. Esta área selvagem e pouco desenvolvida tem vista para o Mar do Caribe e oferece um refúgio legal das áreas mais turísticas de Cozumel.
O sítio arqueológico de “San Gervasio” é o sítio pré-hispânico mais importante e mais bem estudado de todos os assentamentos documentados na Ilha de Cozumel. Deve seu nome à sua localização na antiga fazenda “San Gervasio”. Este sítio arqueológico foi considerado o centro de peregrinações onde os maias adoravam a Deusa “Ixchel”. Além de ser um centro sagrado maia, era um local estratégico para o comércio e o desenvolvimento político da região.

We went and felt safe. It was business as usual there. The Mayan ruins were good. $42 for a guide was pricy and a gratuity. Study before you go. It is a ways out there. Good ocean views. Little building. They need your tourism.
Thank you so much for your comment. It fills us with joy to know we're doing things right because none of our tours or anything we offer have extra costs. Gratuities are optional, and the ruins visit is also optional; I believe they told you that when you arrived. We don't have any fine print, and as you mentioned regarding all the itineraries, I'm not sure which building you're referring to because, to begin with, there aren't any buildings in the ruins, and there aren't as many buildings on the island as you're suggesting. However, we are very grateful that you took a minute of your valuable time to write to us. We hope to see you again very soon and will treat you as you deserve.
Pedro was a good guide but didn’t give us the full experience. He took us to places where he had friends. The Mayan ruins weren’t much. There was a lot of walking in between places. And the ruins were quite small. The private beach was just a tiny little area and they didn’t have Wi-Fi. There were additional costs that we didn’t plan on.

We were supposed to be on a tour with 4 stops starting Mayan ruins (San Gervaise). After meeting at a gas station and walking down some unsafe feeling side streets, we were asked multiple times by the tour guide to go to a lighthouse and alligator farm instead. We were also told we only got two stops and if we wanted to go to the Mayan ruins we would be dropped off and they would give us the tour. He had to run and get a car which was small, dirty and appeared unsafe. I was with my young son and elderly mother. My son was very upset and refused to get in the car. I did not blame him. I felt extremely unsafe and we were in a bait and switch situation. Tried to get a refund and was refused

Our pickup location is on the main avenue, not between streets. All our clients who have purchased this tour have been extremely satisfied. The tour was definitely phenomenal we learned from Mayan culture and also visited the most beautiful thing about cozumel the cenote was incredible and thanks to our guide Edwin very well with patient and professional information definitely recommend this tour. And our guide.

Rafael was a great driver and host. He took me all around the Cozumel island. We visited a number of places, from tequila making to Mayan ruins, to a great beach on the eastern side, to great food and snorkeling on the northwest side. Rafael was able to prepare me for each experience with plenty of advance information. I recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see all around Cozumel.

It was a great time that I spent with my family. I highly recommend it and if I go to the island I would take it again. In addition, the guide was very friendly and the cars was very comfortable and clean.
