A great introduction to Christchurch. We were able to see the city’s major attractions in comfort, with plenty of time for walking around and taking photos. Kiwi Horizons made everything smooth and enjoyable.
This tour showed us both the beauty and the resilience of Christchurch. We saw the Botanic Gardens, the river, and the new city center, while also learning about the impact of the earthquakes. It was informative and moving at the same time.
Kiwi Horizons did an excellent job organizing this city tour. The transportation was comfortable, the guide was engaging, and the itinerary balanced sightseeing with free time. We left with a much better understanding of Christchurch.

We had a very good day with guide who was very kind and very available to our needs. Interesting tour with some places we were not prepared to see. Great lunch among the beach.
Attempts to contact our tour operator have been ignored. With only 2 weeks to go before our booking, and in light of other recent reviews of this company, we were left no choice but to cancel our tour and book with another company.

Well in advance, booked via Viator and worked itinerary directly with provider via WhatsApp. Last thing they told me was “no worries” two days before the tour. They canceled the morning of the tour with generic email and ghosted my follow up. I’ve booked a lot of tours and have never had anything this bad done before. Avoid them!
The guide/driver that we had for Christchurch was more than 30 minutes late picking us up, then was the worst guide we ever had on any tour anywhere. Just wanted to dump us off in a line for a gondola and did not have tickets for us, just wanted to dump us off at museums. Provided zero information on the area other the most minimal facts. He was terrible. We should really get a refund for this "tour." It was absolutely the WORST we've ever had.

It seems there may be some confusion, as our guide provided all the necessary details and followed the tour's planned itinerary.
