Descrição
A degustação começa na adega. Em seguida, será exibido um vídeo explicativo sobre a produção de vinhos alsacianos (adequado para crianças). Em seguida, visitaremos a adega, com seus barris de madeira centenários, e você descobrirá a história da nossa família por meio de um espaço cenográfico com vídeo imersivo de 180° projetado nos barris: algo único na França. Apresentação do barril na Exposição Universal de 1900. Em seguida, continuamos a degustação em nossa sala de chá com um "vinho gourmet": vários copos harmonizados com iguarias doces e salgadas: queijo, charcutaria e diversos doces. Você também pode optar por não inscrever as crianças, e elas poderão escolher um lanche no local! Troféu de Turismo da Alsácia 2021 e Troféu de Enoturismo 2022.

Depois continuamos a degustação na nossa zona de salão de chá à volta de um “vinho gourmet”: vários copos de acordo com iguarias doces e salgadas: queijo, charcutaria, macaroons, pão de mel, fruta fresca e chocolate e coulis de fruta. Alsace Tourism Trophy 2021 e Wine Tourism Trophy 2022.

Excellent wine tasting followed by fabulous tea!! Learned a lot about wine making in the Alsace region from our host - this has been his family’s winery for generations. He and his wife were very welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

Not to miss the guided visit with the oenologist André Carneiro; great knowledge and sympathy. The wine tasting was fantastic and the view is stunning!

Since it was a rainy day in February, we were the only guests on this tour. We took the train there, which was super easy and comfortable. The guide and staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. There were also some films. The wine and food were delicious. Thanks for the beautiful Sunday

It is far from Strasbourg. 48 EUROS using bolt but the Ter train from Strasbourg TO Soltise stops a short walk downhill to the winery for 2 persons we paid 19.80 Euros one way.

This wine tour & tasting was so incredible!!’ So informational with a tiny bit of theatrics to capture even the attention of non-regular wine drinkers. The cost was phenomenal and the food included at the end of the tour was not only delicious but visually stunning!!! Highly recommend this winery, tour, and region.
