Tour pela vinícola e degustação de vinhos em Siena com almoço. Imerso na atmosfera mágica da Toscana rural, a poucos passos da cidade velha da Siena medieval, a experiência é uma viagem pela história, cultura, tradição e ciência que dão vida a cada garrafa do nosso vinho orgânico. Durante o passeio pela adega analisaremos em conjunto as características do agroecossistema vitivinícola e as técnicas utilizadas para preservar e regenerar os recursos rurais. Na nossa antiga adega, iremos levá-lo através do fascinante mundo da vinificação e dos segredos da elaboração de vinhos de qualidade. O passeio terminará na nossa sala de provas, onde poderá captar todas as nuances organolépticas dos nossos vinhos jovens e vintage. Cada copo será acompanhado dos melhores produtos sazonais da Toscana, para deliciar o seu paladar e nutrir a sua alma.

Itinerário
Caminhando pela vinha, com palavras simples e claras, analisaremos técnicas agronómicas em relação ao ciclo biológico da vinha e técnicas de preservação e regeneração dos recursos rurais.
Na adega discutiremos os princípios fundamentais da vinificação de qualidade, em todas as etapas cruciais do processo uva-vinho: desengace-esmagamento, fermentação alcoólica, maceração, fermentação maloláctica, trasfega, maturação e envelhecimento.
Na sala de degustação degustaremos 5 dos nossos finos vinhos orgânicos. Vamos estimular os sentidos para capturar cada sutil nota olfativo-gustativa de nossos produtos. Uma sinfonia de emoções que só os grandes vinhos podem proporcionar. Para deliciar o seu paladar e nutrir a sua alma, cada copo de vinho será acompanhado por um produto sazonal e pelo nosso valioso Azeite Extra Virgem Orgânico.

Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Great experience with a funny down to earth guide who shared the best and not so great aspects of wine and olive oil growing and harvesting. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone interested in learning more about Italian wines.

Our guide and sommelier, Gianluigi, was very informative and passionate about the winery, their product and sustainable practices. We visited the vineyard, learning about their organic processes. We then visited the cellar, learning about the aging process. He shared a number of the challenges wineries are facing today as well as ways they are constantly adapting to meet those challenges. We learned quite a lot in a short time while enjoying a number of their wines paired with delicious local flavors. Excellent tour!

Absolutely perfect afternoon! Lorenzo was so knowledgeable, warm & friendly. We learned so much about the vineyard life and winemaking in general. The vineyard is beautiful, the tasting was exceptional, the food was an unexpected delight and the company was engaging. We made new friends, tried 5 wines and then dessert with a dessert wine. One of the best tour experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wine experience! Say hi to Lorenzo!
Our guide was amazing (GianMarco I believe) and really knew the ins and outs of wine making. They also have an olive grove which was a lovely surprise. Amazing experience and I would highly recommend! Support this winery :)
