Organized, easy to hear with a device linked to microphone in guide. Our guide was friendly gave a lot of information. Offered to answer and questions before moving on to next area. Would take the tour again .

If I I could give zero stars I would. This company is a total scam. I bought my ticket 3 weeks in advanced to visit the sacred family church with tower access in Barcelona..they sent me confirmations and everything else. 2 days prior to arrival to Barcelona they emailed me saying they had a “logistical Issue” and they cancelled my ticket. Did not offer me a suitable alternative. Do not waste your time and avoid this company at all costs.

Miguel did a great job. There was no mention of the apps in the Sagrada, I would have liked to hear something up on the tower. Otherwise everything was great, the Sagrada is indescribably beautiful.

We booked what was advertised as a private tour, only to discover it was nothing of the sort, just a standard group guided tour with around 30 people. At €125 per person, this is a serious misrepresentation. Before booking, we sent multiple messages detailing our group's needs, which included children and senior members. The communication was nearly non-existent, and we had to make follow-up calls just to get basic responses. The tower visit had no guide at all, and more importantly, no advance warning about the significant staircase climb on an extremely narrow staircase. This was a real problem for our elderly guests and could have been avoided with the simplest heads-up. The tour content itself was okay, but overly detail-heavy and monotonous, not well-suited to keeping a group engaged or hitting memorable highlights. As Barcelona locals, we feel this experience is overpriced and misleadingly marketed. We won't be recommending it to friends or family.

We enjoyed the tour it was very well organized and informative. Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided his personal insights from his international experiences.

I signed up and paid for this tour through Viator. Initially signed up for tour, but didn't include tower visit. I called back, added the tower access, was billed for the additional amount, and got confirmation by email, plus showed tower access on app. When I got there, tour operator said there was no tower access. Guide requested confirmation through operator at the start of the tour, they contacted viator and viator said I didn't have tower access even though the app showed that I did.. I showed them the email confirming the amendment on my phone and the display on the app which showed tour with tower access. The guide allowed access telling us to just push on in with the group but not without significant hassle. Tour was great, but suggest going directly to web site of tour operator - Viator proved to be very unreliable and certainly not worth the hassle on the day of the tour.
