The Cathedral is beautiful, but the service provided by the agency Julia Travel was terrible, because we hired a complete visit, with the towers, with a duration of 1.5hrs and offered us only about 30 minutes on the ground floor, and the guide spoke in advance, whoever wants, can return to the agency and complain, that was what we did, but so far, the answers are getting rid of responsibilities without wanting to compensate for our frustrations, which I understand is an unquestionable right
Our guide Roger was very informative! We loved hearing all of the historical information about the Cathedral. I would totally recommend this tour!
Roger with Julia Travel was truly an amazingly engaging, articulate, and knowledgeable historian/guide. His details and ability to tell the story stood out about one of our favorite European tours only made the Sagrada Familia basilica that much more impressive. Every one of us was blown away with the tour, but also Roger. I would not recommend using anyone only because I doubt there is anyone with his energy, attention to detail, and authentic love for the Sagrada. Thank you Julia Travel, you owe Roger some significant recognition. We’re telling everyone!
Cassandra was great! I just feel like we way overpaid for the private tour/skip the line! If I had known, I would not have paid for that.
We love Anna. She was wonderful and full of information. She delivered the information in an exciting and captivating way. I would totally recommend this private tour. The meeting place was close to the church and the walk was very short. Very good for my mother with a bad knee. Anna walked according to our pace and we never felt rush. She was also responsive on Whatsapp.
We had a memorable experience thanks to our guide Ann (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She was so knowledgeable about the construction, design, meaning, and history of this amazing cathedral. She was such a wonderful person, and we feel we were so lucky to have had her as our guide. We highly recommend this service for your tour in Barcelona.
Miguel was an INCREDIBLE guide - he was energetic, his English was perfect and easy to understand (without having to use a headset!), and he is passionate about teaching others about Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia! He even used a whiteboard to illustrate the growth of the city over time, the various scenes on the facade, etc. I cannot say enough good things about Miguel's Sagrada Familia tour!
We had the best day at Sagrada Familia with the tour guide Christina. She brought so much information and experience to get us through the crowds. There is no way that you can learn as much as without a good guide to point things out and explain them in a place as rich in details as this place. Spend the money and enjoy more in this once in a lifetime spot
