Durante o passeio, você verá e aprenderá tudo sobre o processo de fabricação dos charutos, com um grande número de artesãos de charutos produzindo 14 tamanhos diferentes de charutos com 5 intensidades diferentes, incluindo suave, médio e corpo inteiro. Os charutos dominicanos ganharam vários prêmios ao longo dos anos. Uma loja no local é o local ideal para pegar uma caixa para levar para casa. O pessoal fala espanhol, inglês e supostamente francês e alemão Bella Mare é um local de compras para visitantes em busca de produtos autênticos e genuínos da República Dominicana - Larimar, Âmbar, Artesanato, Pinturas, Café, Cacau, Rum, Mamajuana e outros produtos típicos da ilha. A instalação Bella Mare está aberta e disponível para pessoas hospedadas em resorts na área de Punta Cana. Na maioria dos casos, eles fornecerão transporte gratuito de seu resort, bem como transporte gratuito de volta ao seu resort. Os horários de coleta podem variar de 30 minutos a 1 hora, dependendo da sua localização.

This experience was good for anyone wanting to get souvenirs different from resort items to take back home.
The driver was a no-show. Called his number given by operator, no answer. Waiting from 20 minutes before pickup time to 20 minutes after. Disappointed.
The experience was great. We did the morning horseback ride and thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone was friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend 100%

Terrible experience because an unidentified person started messaging me via WhatsApp and saying they would arrive an hour and a half earlier than our appt time. We couldn’t agree to the new pickup time so the excursion was cancelled.
There was confusion with our booking, which I believe was due to Viator double-booking us with another company. I received messages from both companies, but we ended up with the one we hadn't paid for. When we realized we were with a different company, we contacted this company to take us from the Don Lucas parking lot to the correct tour we had booked. We paid $6 per person (for a total of 12 people) for this company to literally take us to a corner store. We did not visit Bella Mare as advertised, nor did we see any cigar rolling demonstrations, and the staff lacked knowledge about cigars. We received only a rum sample because we persistently asked for it. Unfortunately, we did not learn anything about chocolate during this experience. They did provide us with a few complimentary cigars to try at the store. One of our group members paid for store purchases using a credit card. She was quoted $63, but upon checking her billing statement, she found that she was charged $82. We tried to make the best of the situation because we just wanted to enjoy our trip. However, we do not recommend this company or this experience.

My tour guide Javier was absolutely amazing, not only if he drive back to my hotel when he couldn’t find me but he also signed me up for another tour the next day (zip lining, Horseback riding, dune buggy, etc….) thank you so much

Javier is absolutely amazing not only did he came back to my hotel when I couldn’t find him but he was also super funny and took me to the best spot. He also gave me some mama junana in the way there m. Super awesome guy
It was a good experience, just that I was more prepared for a bigger mall, in 10-15 minutes I was done and ready to leave I love the chocolate I recommend the coffee oil
This was one of my most disappointing travel experiences. The guide informed us that Belle Mare was closed when he picked us up, leading us to a low-quality shack down a dirt road and directing us to just one shop. Although there were other shops nearby, he did not give us the option to stop and explore. We missed out on the promised rum and chocolate tastings and were driven back to the resort within 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this experience, and I believe guides should be thoroughly vetted to ensure that the services promised are actually delivered. Additionally, the store featured on the website did not resemble the place we were taken to.
