Seu passeio começa com o transporte de Cracóvia (hotel ou endereço que você especificou). Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum está localizado na cidade de Oswiecim, cerca de 1h15min em uma direção (65km). Cada motorista com quem cooperamos tem todas as permissões exigidas pela UE para transporte de passageiros. Um Líder Inglês e amigável do grupo irá ajudá-lo sempre que precisar. Depois de chegar a Oswiecim, faça uma pequena pausa para tomar um café ou manter um olhar para as exposições ao ar livre. Então seja gentilmente apresentado ao seu Guia local e profissional que é licenciado pelo Museu de Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Comece sua excursão caminhando pelo portão do primeiro campo - Auschwitz I - originalmente concebido como um campo de concentração, para ser usado como centro de detenção para os muitos cidadãos poloneses presos depois que a Alemanha anexou o país em 1939, com o sinal mais reconhecível Arbeit Macht Frei (O Trabalho Liberta). Felt i was being led through a disney park. I would have preferred a small or semi private tour with a knowledgable compassionate guide

From start to finish Hello Cracow were excellent. Great communication and via What’s app too so we knew the time, driver and registration of the vehicle for our pick up. Magda was our driver and she was very personable. The Auschwitz tour was very moving and our tour guide was very passionate and knowledgeable. The tour company also offered a lunch box which is definitely worth purchasing as you do have limited time between the two sites. It was really nice too. Our Catholic pilgrimage had an itinerary change and were not going to be going to Auschwitz after all, so we booked this for our free afternoon/evening. This was a well organised and worthwhile tour from pick up to drop off. Our driver Krystian was excellent and even returned my hat to reception the next day after I left it in his vehicle - great service! The tour itself was informative, well organised and very emotive - a must visit place.

Auschwitz and Birkenau were both incredibly moving and sobering to visit, with Birkenau in particular leaving a powerful impression because of its scale and historical significance.
