This is a tour with a guide with a choice of English language or Italian. i chose the English group to make the tour before the end of the day. The guide leader was difficult to hear from the end of the line as there 50 people in the group. Other groups are near, and make noise to themselves, in the group some guests translate from English to Portuguese while the guide speaks making hearing impossible. English is not my first language, I found it was not clear to hear the guides words. A fierce man shouted in a loud voice to “shut up” the other group - I wanted to shake his hand very much, Italians can be sometimes too loud!!! I enjoyed the visit but could not hear clearly in the tunnel.
Dear guest, unfortunately you did this experience not with us, we have no reservations for the product or under your name in all 2025.
Was very informative and interesting - it even held the attention of our 5 and 6 year old daughters! Also a nice cool break from the summer heat!
This is an amazing experience for people with many different interests. It is fascinating from a geological standpoint, as well as historical and cultural. It is simply an excellent tour with amazing sights and very interesting tales of the various uses of the tunnels. If you have the time, this is something not to miss!
Dear, thank you for your kindness and thanks for choosing us, we are very happy when our customers delight us with their positive comments on our work, we look forward to seeing you when you want to come back.
Our tour guide was excellent, with excellent English! Interesting history of the use of the caves and how they have developed over the centuries.
Exciting tour, our guide Marco explains with a unique passion, and makes you experience what he tells. Not to be missed!!!
Our tour guide, Martina, was incredible. Very knowledgeable, extremely kind, and alert in the tunnels as she navigated us. Martina was happy to answer any questions the group had. The tunnels are quite the sight! I would definitely recommend this trip!
Did this tour not quite knowing what I was getting in to. It turned out to be an amazing experience. Our guide, Sabrina was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I would highly recommend this place!
Beautiful experience. Recommended for Neapolitans who want to discover what lies beneath their feet, and tourists curious to know unimaginable places that surround legends and folklore of Naples. Passionate and prepared guides, we have done the adventure route, we will definitely return to do the others. All crowned by a last purchase made at the vintage shop, with wonderful items!
An outing not to be missed. We went on our guided tour of the Bourbon Tunnel not knowing what to expect. After getting down the stairs (claustrophobics beware) I could breathe again but if I could do it, most people should be able to (it is steep, tight and narrow) but focus on something else because it is worth it. Our guide David was wonderful. Knowledgeable and with a great sense of humour, he made the story of the tunnel come alive. I have been thinking about what he described to us ever since as he helped us travel back in time to something our generation knows nothing about. Almost to much emotion to take in but so worth it. Bravo to the whole team that does the care and storytelling to keep history alive.
This tour had been recommended to me & I am so glad we managed to go as the tours are only on Friday to Sunday at certain times so you do need to book. Our guide was knowledgeable, with interesting stories to tell & engaged with all age groups. It's amazing the different uses of the tunnels over the years from Royal escape route to illegal tip. I was especially interested in the stories from WW2 & the fact these had been gathered from people's personal experiences of life in the tunnels as air raid shelters. I was surprised to hear that the tunnels are managed & are being excavated by volunteers. If I lived in Naples I'd love to have signed up to join this amazing group.
