Olga with Sun2Spain was the most amazing tour guide! Our visit to Park Guell would not have been the same without her expert knowledge of Gaudi and the construction of the park. She was great at being inquisitive about our thoughts as we toured, which would lead to extended talks about the different sections of the park, etc. She was a very bright person with an excellent demeanor and sense of humor. We had an absolutely fantastic time! We booked this tour with From2Spain, and we had some elderly folks with us. The tour guide was incredibly helpful, and there were so many stops along the way that we felt so well taken care of. Thanks!!!
This is a dishonest tourism provider in Barcelona. We booked a park guel tour with them. The tour was booked for 2 adults in error (we had our 2 children age 5 and 7), we were given the option of paying 30 euros for the kids or getting a refund, by the time we were making the extra payment of the broken link they provided the Tour Guide Carlos abandoned us at the door of the park saying tickets have been refunded. The tour manager Gouda said the same. Shameful behaviour when young excited children are involved and absolutely no courtesy shown. Then they refused to refund Inspite of what they said. Better to avoid dishonest people specially if you have children. I am currently escalating this with Headout and the Spanish tourism

I joined this tour because I found that all the tickets on the official website were sold out. The guide took me to main spots in the large parks in about an hour. Around 20 people participated in this tour. As the park is spacious, it was good for me to take a look at major architecture in the park. Please note that, the meeting point was Carmel entrance, not Carmel Park.

Booked last minute very good and cheerful rep ( Lana?). A bit overpriced though compared to other attractions we booked. Well organized park.

Booked this tour super last minute and it was the best decision! We arrived a few minutes late, but the group was there and waiting for us. We had the best tour guide Lena, her knowledge and excitement for the information she was sharing was unparalleled. She was great with making various stops and sharing plenty of information and also stopped at few areas for pictures, also offered up her photography skills to snap a quick pick of us. Overall a great tour and even better tour guide!

Terrible. They changed the time and day on me but didn’t change the time and day on the original voucher. I showed up at the original time and they wouldn’t let me join the tour. Told me to come back tomorrow. Would not refund me my money even though it was 24 hours away from the day and time they wanted me to come.

While we did confirm the new date and time through multiple channels .As much as we strive to accommodate last-minute changes, our policy prevents us from issuing refunds for alterations made last minute as you communicated with us a few minutes before 11h to say you want to join the tour same day which it is not that easy to accomodate. It is important to note that amending the voucher should be done on your end, and based on our communication, everything seemed clear to you at the time. Please be aware that we have involved the Viator team, and they are aware of the entire situation. Nevertheless, we still have your booking confirmed for tomorrow, and we would be delighted to welcome you on the tour as as we have agreed.
