Nada diz o Natal como Dyker Heights, a exposição mais famosa de luzes no planeta. Os moradores decoram suas casas - pessoalmente e profissionalmente - desde a década de 80, tornando-se uma verdadeira terra das maravilhas de inverno de Nova York. O tour vai tomar lugar chuva ou brilho! A viagem de Midtown para Dyker Heights em Brooklyn é de cerca de uma hora a bordo do nosso confortável autocarro totalmente aquecido com um banheiro a bordo. Seu Guia irá acompanhá-lo até a casa de Lucy Spata, a casa que começou esta tradição, e o guiará pelas ruas mais iluminadas antes de levá-lo de volta ao ônibus. Você passará cerca de uma hora em Dyker Heights passeando e tirando fotos. A próxima paragem será aos pés da Brooklyn Bridge, na área de DUMBO/Brooklyn Heights, em Brooklyn. Você terá cerca de 25 minutos para tirar fotos do deslumbrante horizonte de Manhattan e da Ponte. Em seguida, você retornará a Manhattan através da ponte de Manhattan. O passeio termina no Bryant Park Winter Village.

Esta é a parada principal do nosso tour. (Nota: os ônibus não são permitidos em Dyker Heights devido às ruas estreitas). Seu Guia irá acompanhá-lo para as duas ruas mais iluminadas e orientá-lo. Você terá uma hora para explorar e tirar fotos por conta própria.
Parar para desfrutar de vistas espetaculares da Ponte de Brooklyn e do deslumbrante Manhattan Skyline iluminado! (Nota: duração pode ser entre 20 - 30 minutos dependendo do tráfego.)
É aqui que termina nossa excursão. A Winter Village do Parque Bryant é um mercado com mais de 150 barracas que vendem comida sazonal, bebidas e presentes, além de uma grande pista de patinação no gelo com aluguel de patins. Você pode apreciar a vista da colorida árvore de Natal do Parque Bryant e comprar um dos melhores chocolates quentes da cidade. O Rockefeller Center e sua árvore ficam a apenas alguns minutos a pé daqui.

The tour tour guide and bus driver did not even know the proper route and ended up making us take an extra hour getting back. There were way too many people, and they couldn't even keep us all together. We were told to be back at a certain time if we got separated, and we ended up waiting a half hour for the rest of the tour group to get back. This was probably the worst Villa tour I've ever done.
There aren't many words to say. Open your eyes and enjoy the spectacle of Natale.sensaziinale really deserves to be visited.

This was a very cool and touristy experience on our recent trip to NYC. It was just SO crowded, which was expected since it was so close to the holidays. Be patient and enjoy the atmosphere! The additional stops on the tour were also cool.
I would rate this a 4-5 star for the sights bc they are definitely beautiful. However, I would give it a 3 as far as convenience & comfort. Be ready to walk a lot outside. If you aren't semi-in shape or have mobility issues this is not for you. Bundle up...it was cold and your outside at least 1 hour. Also, be sure to bring your own water or beverages. When you get to Dyker Heights, there are local vendors selling drinks/food but the tour guide advised not to purchase. Be sure to use the bathroom before bc there are NONE and you walk a good hour and are on the bus about 45 mins before and after (the description for this said restroom on bus but there was not). The Christmas lights were beautiful but were SO many people, it was hard to get really good photographs. Lots of shoving and pushing. Im glad I got to see it but wouldn't do again.
Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable and made our tour very fun and engaging this trip will be a tradition for us when we visit NY again for the holiday season
This was such a wonderful experience. Our guide, Alvin was very knowledgeable about the history of the Christmas decorations at Dyker Heights. He was very patient and made sure we had the best experience. I’d recommend this to anyone in NYC during Christmas time.
Not worth it. We walked a few blocks and there were only like 3 houses to look at. I would not do it again.
Nice experience .. took the hassle out of driving to Brooklyn from Midtown. Plenty of time to walk around. Nice stop at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge.
A Jaw dropping display of lights. There were Great photo ops of the NYC skyline with a little Manhattan History Lesson thrown in.
