Apaixonados por viagens e arquitetura, Céline e Yvan Zeyssolff visitaram muitas adegas familiares, originais e por vezes excepcionais. Todos eles compartilham um tema comum: democratizar um dos mais preciosos patrimônios franceses, que é o vinho. A propriedade deixou de ser usada apenas como ferramenta de trabalho e passou a ser um local de troca onde o vinho é contado através da história familiar e regional. Céline e Yvan Zeyssolff, proprietários de uma propriedade rica em história e patrimônio, decidiram criar um espaço de convívio onde entusiastas do vinho ou não saiam enriquecidos não apenas culturalmente, mas também emocionalmente. Você degustará diversos vinhos alsacianos e uma torta alsaciana em um ambiente único: uma antiga adega familiar que data de 1850, onde história e modernidade se misturam - com a apresentação do barril da Exposição Universal. Um pequeno e acolhedor espaço também está disponível na antiga adega abobadada da casa. Crianças são bem-vindas e receberão suco de uva.

Fantastic experience! Tastings and movie first about the winery’s operational side and how they make their wine then a beautiful show on the barrels in the cellar on the winery’s history. Unbelievable imagery and so creative!!! Delicious lunch and more wines follow.

Very nice winery and interesting excursion! The staff was very friendly! They gave us a lesson on different types of wine and what makes wine in this region unique. They also have an interesting story of their winery!

Great experience! I have been to different wine experiences in other locations and I feel like I learned more at this one than any others. Our tour guide was informative and humorous. Wines were delicious. A great day!

Informative and emotionally delightful. We learned about the wines of the region and this vineyard in particular. Our winery tour was followed by a very delicious lunch; each course was served with a wine that complimented the dish.

Absolutely wonderful tour! You could feel the family love of winemaking. They did a wonderful tour for our Gate1 group including tasting 6 wines and a great lunch. We couldn't decide which wine we like the best so we shipped 4 cases home to the US. Cheers!!!

We arrived only 15 minutes late but staff ensured that we caught up with a nice introductory video. All the wines were nice and not overpriced.

Superb experience watching a film on the history of the winery. The meal was just lovely; it ended with another film which was also quite well done. Our guide was very well informed on the Alsatian wine district, the grape varieties, the production and storage timeframes. And the wines! We noticed a picture of this winery’s label on a restaurant menu in Strasbourg.
