It was fine, but overpriced. We didn't do the lunch option. The guides were very good, but not entirely needed. Accadamia is small and you can read up on the David before if you want that info. There isn't much there otherwise. The walking tour was the best part and was informative. Good guide for that. The guide for Uffizi was extremely knowledgeable, and art historian, but some of that was wasted on me and our kids. And because of the short time we missed a lot of art to catch the highlights. We could have gone through after on our own, but after 3 tours we were exhausted and still had 2 other stops after. So it was good, but not worth the expense.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience with our Florence Guided Tour with Accademia, Uffizi and Optional Lunch. We are very pleased to read that you appreciated our guides, especially the walking tour and the knowledge of our Uffizi guide. Your kind words about their professionalism and preparation mean a lot to us. We are sorry to hear that you felt the tour was not fully worth the expense for your personal expectations. Regarding the Accademia Gallery, while Michelangelo’s David is certainly the most famous masterpiece, the museum also houses many other important works that are highly significant for the history of world art, and our guides aim to give guests a broader understanding of this extraordinary collection. As for the Uffizi Gallery, as explained in the tour description, due to the size and richness of the museum it is not possible to see every artwork during a guided visit. For this reason, the tour focuses on the most important and famous masterpieces, offering context and historical insight. As you correctly mentioned, and as stated in our online product description, guests are welcome to remain inside the museum after the guided tour and continue visiting independently at their own pace. We truly appreciate your comments and are glad that, overall, you found the experience good and our guides knowledgeable. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us continue improving the experience for our guests. Kind regards,
I booked the tour without lunch and was travelling into Florence by train. It said it was a six hour tour which started at 9am but actually you should plan for a full day until about 6pm. Unfortunately, I had to leave the tour early as my return train was already booked and paid for. 9am tour of acedamia gallery, then you have to find the second check point for the walking tour which finished about 12.30, then you have spare timee all the way until 3pm for the Ufizzi and you have to go to another checking point. Three check ins in one day! By the time you start the guide for Ufizzi it's already 3.30 so I left the tour and ran around the gallery before heading to get my train, I never had time to listen to the guide. I begged them to give me an earlier ticket to Ufizzi so I could stroll around during the giant lunch gap but they refused. Also you have no spare time between acedemia and the walking tour, just enough time to go to the toilet and locate the next check in. I recommend that you book your gallery tickets yourself so that you an explore them at your leisure, download an audio guide. I do recommend the walking tour as the guide will take you to all the key points and has lots of knowledge.
Dear Melanie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that all relevant details, including the schedule and check-in locations, are clearly outlined in the vouchers sent upon booking. This is done to help our guests organize their day in advance, ensuring they have all the necessary information to enjoy the experience fully. Regarding the Uffizi tickets, as explained by our operations team, these are pre-booked for a specific time slot and unfortunately cannot be collected earlier. Hoping that the above clarifications meet your understanding, Best regards
This tour turned out very good but it was not clear that this was 3 different tours bundled together. Instructions/information could use some clearer details but all in all we enjoyed all parts of this tour.
My husband and I did a three hour walking tour of Florence (including the Gallery Academia) with our guide, Elena. It was a great learning experience and fun to see the city on foot. Elena was incredibly knowledgeable about the Renaissance period, especially the works of Michelangelo. We learned a ton from her!

We visited for a day having taken the train from Rome to Florence (very eAsy and comfortable, by the way). We had the afternoon start due to our train time. Take an early train. But still our tour of the uffizi with Stefano was incredible. He was A superb and knowledgeable guide. His passion for the history and genius of the artists was evident. He gave us imany neat insights into the works. After a break we joined the walking tour at piazza San Marco with Alberto A, who was also a wonderful guide. His talk about the David statue And the history behind it was fauntastic and truly moving. Great company!
