Incompetence or scam, it's up to you to judge. Arriving at the Enterprise booth around 1pm, the attendant presents us with a bird watching tour lasting 1h30 for a price of 100 euros for our family of 4. This tour is described as a boat tour in the meanders of the Ria Formosa. We are told that it is not a question of visiting an island but of travelling by boat to meet birds. To do this, we will be given a pair of binoculars. Appointment is made for 2:30 p.m. on the platform. We board 10 on the boat and to our surprise the circuit does not correspond at all to what had been described to us 1h30 earlier. Indeed, instead of sailing in the canals of the Ria Formosa, the boat goes to an island where we are disembarked leaving us 20’ of free time and then reembark and return to the dock at the agreed time. Disappointed by this experience, we return to the person in charge of the stand. We explain to her the circuit we have made and she apologizes for this circuit that does not correspond to what was described and sold. There's a phone call with the manager named Cristela who'll hang up on us twice, not wanting to hear any criticism of her Enterprise. The manager will tell us that it was not possible to navigate the canals due to the tide. Two things one. Either this Enterprise does not control the phenomenon of tides in the Ria Formosa and we can then speak of incompetence. Either this Enterprise sells circuits that it cannot insure and we can then talk about fraud. Fortunately, it was the only bad experience of our magnificent week in the Algarve. Good hearing...
