Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Mr Nao has been very helpful as our tour guide and explained a lot about the Japan culture and history primarily of Mt Fuji and the nearby areas. The length for each visit was adequate and the lunch bento set given was sufficient. We had a good time throughout the entire trip!

I joined this tour recently. We couldn’t get a clear view of Mt. Fuji from the Fuji Twin Terrace, but the fresh air, Lake Kawaguchi, and the autumn colors were still beautiful to enjoy. The chicken bento for lunch was much better than I expected. They also had kebabs at the restaurant, and I kind of wish I could’ve tried those too. The “Healing Village,” with its row of traditional Japanese houses, offered fun experiences like craft workshops and trying on yukata. There were no delays, and we returned earlier than scheduled, which was great. Our guide, Mr. Nao, was cheerful, knowledgeable, and really made the whole day enjoyable. The price is a bit higher than other tours, but with the quality of the bus, the guide, and the well-organized itinerary, it truly felt like a premium Japanese-quality tour. I’d love to join the Sunrise Tour with friends next time.

We were lucky to start the tour on a bright sunny morning, and from the moment we boarded the bus everything was perfectly organized. The two-hour drive didn’t feel long at all thanks to our amazing guide who shared interesting stories about Japanese culture and history with so much energy and humor. Not a single moment felt boring! Our first stop was Fujimaya Twin Terrace. Stepping off the bus felt like entering a different world — fresh air, peaceful mountains and beautiful scenery all around. Mt. Fuji was hidden behind clouds due to snowfall, but the wide open view was still breathtaking, and we enjoyed taking pictures and simply soaking in the atmosphere. Next, we stopped at Lake Kawaguchiko for a halal lunch by the lakeside. I chose the chicken bento and it was soft, flavorful and just perfect. Eating while enjoying the calm view of the lake felt like such a peaceful and memorable moment. The prayer space was clean and well arranged, which I truly appreciated. Our final destination was Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba. This traditional village with its thatched houses and handicraft shops felt like stepping into old Japan. There were so many interesting things to try — from making charms to Japanese paper craft — and the light rain actually made the village look even more magical. I could have stayed there longer! The trip back to Tokyo was full of conversations and laughter, and it really showed how much everyone enjoyed the day. This tour is the perfect mix of nature, culture and hospitality. I was genuinely surprised by how thoughtfully Muslim-friendly this Mt. Fuji tour was. In Japan, the concepts of halal food and designated prayer spaces are still not very established, so I did not expect such a well-planned and considerate experience. But the tour exceeded every expectation — from the location choices to the timing of prayers, everything reflected careful planning and a deep understanding of Muslim travelers’ needs. The tour started at Takanawa Gateway Station, which already has a prayer facility. This was a perfect way to begin the day without worrying about missing the morning prayer. Then we headed toward Yamanashi Prefecture, stopping first at the Fujiyama Twin Terrace. Even though it was quite cloudy that day, we were still able to enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji on the way up. The terrace itself was stunning and peaceful. Before noon, we arrived at the mosque near Lake Kawaguchiko for prayer and lunch. We were served a delicious, well-balanced halal bento. The only thing I would improve is that the bento could have been warmer, but the taste and quality were excellent. I really appreciated how the schedule made sure we didn’t miss any prayer — morning prayer before departure, then noon prayer right on time, followed by lunch. After lunch, we had some relaxed free time around Lake Kawaguchiko, which was a lovely and refreshing break. Then we visited Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba, a peaceful traditional village with beautiful thatched-roof houses. There were so many hands-on activities — pottery, glasswork, metal crafting, and more. I personally tried the metal craft activity. It took only 30 minutes and cost 900 yen, and I made a small piece for my cat which I brought home. It was perfect. What impressed me the most was that inside the village — which is basically an open-air museum — one of the traditional houses was converted into a prayer room. This was incredibly thoughtful and unexpected. On top of that, we noticed two halal restaurants right in the village area. Finding such facilities in rural Japan is rare, and it made the experience even more special. We returned to Tokyo just in time for the evening and night prayers. The whole tour was arranged so smoothly that practicing Muslims can join without worrying about missing any of their prayers or struggling to find halal food. You can enjoy Mt. Fuji, experience traditional Japanese culture, try unique craft activities, and still feel completely comfortable and accommodated. For many Muslims traveling in Japan, the biggest challenges are prayer spaces and halal options. This tour solves both perfectly. Our first stop was Fujimaya Twin Terrace. The moment I stepped out of the bus, it felt like entering another world—fresh air, calm surroundings and peaceful mountains all around. Mt. Fuji was hidden behind the clouds that day due to snowfall. The place was incredibly beautiful wide open views, clean air and a level of natural beauty that photos or videos can never fully capture. We took lots of pictures and videos while enjoying the scenery. Next, we arrived right on time at Lake Kawaguchiko. While enjoying the breathtaking lake view, we had a delicious halal lunch. I chose the chicken dish for lunch, it was soft, flavorful, slightly spicy and absolutely enjoyable. Sitting by the lake and eating such a tasty meal felt like a peaceful moment I will remember for a long time. The area also had a clean and well-prepared prayer space, which made me very happy. I performed my Zuhr prayer there. Our next stop was Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba. This traditional village with its thatched-roof houses, craft shops and handmade Japanese goods felt like stepping into old Japan. We had 1.5 hours to explore, but honestly, I could have stayed the whole day without getting bored. You can make your own omamori charm, try Japanese paper craft, explore local art and much more. Light rain began to fall and instead of ruining the moment, it made the village look even more magical. One thing that impressed me personally was how perfectly the schedule was maintained. Everything was organized and punctual. The journey back to Tokyo was filled with laughter and conversation. Our guide and everyone shared their impressions of the day. Even though it was just a one day trip, it felt peaceful, inspiring and truly memorable. If you are thinking about joining this tour, don’t hesitate. I’d love to share my experience from the Mount Fuji tour — it turned out even better than I expected. The tour started right on time at the meeting point. It was a sunny day in Tokyo and everyone seemed to be in a great mood. The drive to the first destination took about two hours, but it didn’t feel long at all — our guide was sharing fun facts about Japanese culture and even showed a really interesting video about Japan. The atmosphere on the bus was warm and welcoming from the very beginning. Our first stop was FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace. The moment I stepped off the bus, I felt an incredible sense of freedom — fresh mountain air, silence, and a peaceful landscape all around us. Such a contrast after the tall glass buildings of Tokyo! It was snowing on Mount Fuji that day, so the mountain was hiding behind the clouds. The guide joked that “Fuji-san is shy today and doesn’t want to show herself.” Even behind the clouds she looked majestic — there is something mysteriously beautiful in that view. After that, we headed to the lake for a Halal lunch. We could choose between spaghetti or chicken with vegetables. I chose the chicken and it was absolutely delicious — tender, flavorful, slightly spicy, just perfect. And then I couldn’t resist… I got a matcha ice cream for dessert! Even though the wind was cold, I sat there enjoying the ice cream while looking at the lake — it was one of those quiet, happy moments you want to remember for a long time. After a short walk, we returned to the bus, and everyone was on time — the guide laughed that we were following the schedule “very Japanese-style.” The next stop was Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba, and this place truly amazed me. A traditional village with thatched-roof houses, a calm atmosphere, and views that look like scenes from a samurai movie. As someone who loves classic Japanese films, I honestly felt like I had stepped into the world of Seven Samurai. We had 1.5 hours of free time, but I easily could have stayed the whole day. There are so many craft shops, handmade goods, and small activities — you can make your own omamori charm, try Japanese paper crafting, and much more. A light rain started, but it only added to the charm of the place. Before getting back to the bus, I stopped by a small local shop and tried sweet Japanese potato satsumaimo with a slightly spicy sauce. The flavor was surprising and really good — I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to try new things (as long as you don’t have restrictions on sweet or spicy food). The ride back to Tokyo was full of laughs — our guide kept telling stories and jokes, and we all shared our impressions from the day. It was amazing to realize how people from different countries, who had never met before, felt like friends by the time we returned. Everyone had their own reasons for joining the tour, but we all came back with the same feeling — refreshed, inspired, and grateful. If you’re thinking about joining this tour — absolutely do it. In just one day, you can truly recharge, connect with nature, and feel the magic of Fuji, even if she hides behind the clouds a little. It’s a trip that stays in your heart.

Experience was very good and heart-warming. I truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the delicious halal lunch, and the friendly environment. The tour provided proper prayer facilities and a great opportunity to meet Muslim friends from different parts of the world, including people from many countries. The tour guide and staff members were extremely friendly, joyful, and very supportive. The bus was comfortable, and the driving as well as road conditions were smooth and safe. It was genuinely a very good experience. We started right on time at 7:20 AM from Takanawa Gateway Station, 1st Floor Transportation Plaza, Bus Stop No. 1, and returned to the same place by around 5:30 PM. The visit duration at the three sightseeing locations was well planned and felt sufficient. There was also adequate time for prayer and lunch without feeling rushed, allowing a calm and organized trip experience. The atmosphere in the morning was pleasant, and we were lucky to get a clear view of Fujisan when we first arrived. Later, the weather became a bit cloudy and cold, but overall it remained fairly good, enjoyable, and refreshing for outdoor sightseeing. The crowd size was well balanced. Our tour group included 15 members along with 4 agency staff, which created smooth coordination and strong group communication. The sites were not overcrowded, and visitor numbers were limited, which made sightseeing easier and more comfortable. All staff were highly professional, polite, cooperative, and quick to provide support whenever needed. Their positive attitude contributed greatly to the joyful mood of the tour. This tour is best for any Muslim who wants to explore Japan’s natural and cultural beauty without interrupting prayer time and without compromising halal food needs. It was truly an experience of faith, friendship, and nature in harmony.

I heard about this tour from my friends and recently joined this tour. The staff was super supportive in whole trip. I would like to mention the efforts of Nao-san during this tour. His English communication was so good, and he has good knowledge of Japanese history. I truly appreciate his efforts for arranging the halal food and place for prayer of Muslims. We missed the view of Fuji san from FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace due to clouds, but the atmosphere was so nice and pleasant, especially the view of the lake side village from top and the sound of military cannon practice. I have seen a lot of tourists near Lake Kawaguchi, especially the Muslim tourist. One of the special moments of this tour is the visit of village with thatched-roof houses. That village tells us the story of people who was living there in past that they were very hard working and love to live near the nature but always have a fear of natural disaster as they were living on the foot of mountains and ultimately one of disaster ruined their village and life. We with my muslim friends visited the Mount Fuji area, and this trip gave us unforgettable memories! Our guide was extremely friendly, cheerful, and talkative — he kept a lively and warm atmosphere throughout the whole day, always trying to make us feel happy and entertained. We were truly surprised and very grateful to find Halal cafés and a mosque near Lake Kawaguchi. It was a wonderful and thoughtful arrangement for Muslim travelers. We also appreciated having prayer mats and everything necessary for prayer — it made our experience even more comfortable. The Halal lunch was very delicious and filling — a real treat during such an exciting day! Even though the weather became cloudy in the afternoon, the trip was still absolutely captivating. The nature surrounding Mount Fuji is breathtaking: the majestic mountain, fresh air, and beautiful scenery gave us peace and joy. We especially loved visiting the charming Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba village — it felt like stepping into a peaceful traditional world. Living in Japan for over a year, I usually plan my own trips, but navigating prayer times and Halal food around Mt. Fuji can be a headache. This tour SOLVED everything, and the chartered bus also made the journey comfortable. We began our journey from Takinawa Gate Station at 7.30 in the morning. For the first stop, we visited the FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace, a 5-star, breathtaking viewing spot for Mt. Fuji and the Kawaguchiko area without obstructions. Unfortunately, the top of the mountain was covered in clouds when we arrived. However, it is still a must-do experience. After that, we stopped at Fujikawaguchiko Masjid for Dhuhr and Ashr (prayer wear and mat were available!). The tour also provided us with a delicious HALAL BENTO (I love the Karaage). It was such a relief not having to hunt for a halal restaurant. FYI, the Masjid has a dedicated cafeteria for visitors where they can buy varieties of halal cuisine such as Kebab, Curry Rice, etc. Before we headed back to Tokyo, we went to Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba. Located on the quiet shores of Lake Saiko, the place consists of around 20 traditional Japanese houses (thatched-roof ) set against the backdrop of Mount Fuji. It is often called the "Healing Village" because of its peaceful and nostalgic atmosphere. You can enter the houses, try pottery, weaving, or rent a kimonos and Samurai armor for photos. Moreover, if you are a Muslim Traveler, you do not have to worry because the place offers a prayer space and some Halal Food vendors. We arrived at Takinawa Gate Station around 5.30, and had Maghrib prayer at the dedicated praying space around the Station. It’s rare to find a tour in Japan that respects the Muslim prayer schedule so well. A 10/10 experience for me.
