Our tour guide Sid was very knowledgeable and great sense of humor. Overall great experience!
Our tour guide Nils was engaging and shared interesting information along the tour. Pace of the tour was slow and we spent too much time on few art pieces. I would have liked to have seen more art. Audio was good, meeting point was clear, tour pace was slow. Pre tour instructions should include “use the restroom and bring water”, instead of wasting our time once we entered the museum.
It was a good tour, at a fair price. Very helpful for getting inside and streamlining the entry process. You will need to stay after the tour, to see more of the Louvre as it is so large. But overall we were happy with the tour, the tour company, and our guide.
Sylvia was an absolute gem of a guide. She was so knowledgeable and provided information beyond what I was expecting for each piece. She moved us swiftly through the museum but it never felt rushed. The two hours flew by as we hit each point of interest. Even my 14 year old was interested. She even stopped at a point right over the air conditioning vent so we could all cool off while she spoke, as it was very hot inside (101⁰ day in Paris!). She explained things so well I was able to notice the differences in the art work of each period with an understanding I didn't have before. Perfect amount of time. I didn't feel like I missed out on anything else!
We had a tour guide to take us to the highlighted art collection and gave history regarding them. The louvre is great but very hot and crowded.

I have been to Louvre 3 times now. Our guide, Sid, still found away to teach me something new. He explained the art with the historical and political background. He was very knowledgeable and that made all the difference. IIt was fascinating!!!

We were less than 5 mins from arrival point and the tour wouldn't wait. The Paris traffic was beyond difficult to navigate in a timely manner for less than 1.5 mile drive. We begged the operator to move our time to another time bc we were stuck in traffic but she said if we weren't there they were leaving and hung the phone up and wouldn't pick up our call any more. Rude staff, very dismissive, & not understanding. Would not recommend or use in any scenario possible.
We’re sorry we couldn’t accommodate a later arrival. Louvre tickets and entry times are strictly scheduled, so the group cannot be held once the tour is due to begin.
